He’s obviously doing it on purpose. I’ve never seen someone block all the step across. Dupont is a long escalator. He lucky cuz most folks would’ve pushed past him.

One of the cardinal sins in DC. He was lucky that he wasn’t blocking the escalator at Metro Center or Gallery Place at 5 pm 😂

Anyone that knows the @wmata system, knows you hustle when a train is coming, otherwise you’re waiting for another 15 minutes. 1. He should have stepped to the right so anyone could get by, this includes moving his bags. We live in a society, have respect for other’s time.

This is insanely inconsiderate and obnoxious. As someone who takes the metro to and from work catching the first train you can is a priority to get home. If you miss a train a lot of the time you’re waiting another 15 min. That’s not learning patience. That’s ruining ppls commute
