Here’s a snapshot of Shopify in 2024: - Shopify is now over 12% of ecommerce in the US - Powered nearly $300 billion in GMV - that’s nearly 2.5x more than 2020 - Hit nearly $9 billion in revenue - that’s 3x more than 2020 - Paid out $1 billion to partners for apps benefiting our merchants - Crossed $1 Trillion in cumulative GMV - And over 875 million people bought something from a Shopify merchant’s online store I’ve done 39 earnings calls at this point in my 15 years here at Shopify. What you’re seeing is the best version of Shopify to date...and we’re still just getting started. This is the best team, product, business model, and operational discipline since I joined. It’s incredibly exciting - and I can’t wait for what we are going to do in 2025.
