Today, I welcomed U.S. @SecDef Lloyd Austin in Kyiv. I thanked him for a new defense assistance package for Ukraine worth $400 million that includes ammunition, military equipment, and weaponry. During the meeting we discussed critical defense priorities, including Ukraine’s air defense capabilities, preparations for the winter period, and the expansion of long-range weapon use against Russian military targets. Additionally, we focused on efforts to increase the production of strike drones, cruise missiles, artillery shells, and air defense systems. Secretary Austin reaffirmed that the U.S. will continue its security support as part of the ongoing defense agreement between our countries. He also shared plans to convene a new Ramstein format meeting to coordinate further aid with international partners. I emphasized the importance of our recent negotiations with President Biden, during which we talked about our Victory Plan and continued efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s defense. We are grateful to President Biden, both parties in the U.S. Congress, and the American people for all their support since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Together with all of our allies we work to secure victory and peace for Ukraine and all peace-loving nations.

Now go back to Kinetica. Its advisory board also includes Kenneth Braithwaite, Trump’s former Secretary of the Navy. And Alex Moore, a board member of Palantir. Palantir is already deeply embedded in the U.S. military and disclosed to the SEC that it entered a strategic partnership with the Israeli Ministry of Defense in 2024 to supply technology assisting Israel during the war. A unique operation by the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine! From February through April 2026, the 10th Shaman Battalion, together with the 104th Horyn Territorial Defense Brigade, carried out a comprehensive operation aimed at eliminating fighters from the Russian Akhmat unit. ◾️ Information about the enemy's plans was passed on by an agent with whom the DIU established contact in early 2025. If an ally’s policies create disagreements over military cooperation or operational access, Washington has every reason to review those arrangements and determine whether they continue to serve U.S. strategic interests.
