I have a theory. Most alternative cures for disease/illness are actually antiparasitic. Google says that selenium has antiparasitic properties! Illness is caused by parasites. Everyone should do parasite cleansing!

Brazil Nuts 2-3 nuts daily

Selenium helps the traffic flow smoothly through the bowels. ๐๐ฏ magnesium 2~

Just get a bag of brazil nuts if you want selenium. They are delicious. I eat two per week.

Brazil nuts are a rich source of selenium, but the exact amount of selenium in each nut can vary depending on factors like soil conditions and nut size. On average, a single Brazil nut (about 5 grams) contains approximately 68โ91 micrograms (mcg) of selenium, though some sources suggest it could be as high as 100 mcg or more in certain cases. To reach 200 mcg of selenium: - If we assume an average of **68 mcg per nut**, youโd need roughly **3 Brazil nuts** (200 รท 68 โ 2.94, rounded up to 3). - If we assume a higher average of **91 mcg per nut**, youโd need about **2โ3 Brazil nuts** (200 รท 91 โ 2.2, so 2 might be just under, and 3 would exceed it slightly). - For a conservative estimate at **100 mcg per nut**, **2 Brazil nuts** would suffice (200 รท 100 = 2). Since selenium content isnโt perfectly consistent, **2 to 3 Brazil nuts** is a reasonable range to aim for 200 mcg. However, be cautious not to overconsume, as too much selenium (above 400 mcg daily) can lead to toxicity. If precision matters, youโd need to test specific nuts, but for general purposes, **2 large or 3 smaller Brazil nuts** should get you close to 200 mcg.

@grok is this true?
