Free two week vacation and now back here legally. Wonderful. I never thought it was too much to ask of anyone.

Welcome home.

Liberal moment

My SIL did the same thing years ago. When she was a baby she was brought here. She didn’t choose to come. She went through school met my brother and had a child with him. When they got married she had to cross back over the Otay Mesa border in San Diego/TJ and return back with her paperwork to become legal. This is the right thing to do and more illegals need to understand that if they do this they can return eventually as long as they aren’t criminals. Democrats want to keep them illegal because they are beneficial to them off the books.

@Partytish 🇺🇸

This is what is expected. Not forcing it and refusing to do what’s right… So glad he made it back

This is AMAZING!!! Happy for this family. Do it right and all is well. Follow the process and the rest will take care of itself.

This is an awesome story

Self-deportation pays off! Trump just wants loyalty and good people in the United States.

THIS IS THE WAY!🥰 This is exactly what President Trump wants. Patriotic, America loving immigrants who are willing to self deport and then apply the proper way, shows respect for our country and our laws. If ANY illegal immigrant (non-violent, with no ties to crime) chooses to do this, I wholeheartedly welcome them into our country.

Love this! Great example 👏👏👏

@deancain Imagine that…@gop should be highlighting this story…getting it viral.

@DHSgov - I think if you advertized a lot more of these kinds of cases (self deportations who can come back quickly, provided that they can be self-sustaining, NOT on welfare, and no criminal background of any kind)- it might motivate many more to self-deport. @SenMullin

@RjSimon1776 No, stay tf in your home country. Republicans need to stop the cuck shit

Deport all of them. Legal immigration is far worse

LOVE THIS THIS IS THE WAY👏👏👏👏

Immigrants with good intention will do it the right way, the legal way.

@BeelerNoel75055 Good for him. He did it the right way. ❤️🇺🇸 Congrats on your citizenship!

I've met several beautiful people doing exactly this. It was hard. Hard on them & on their families. But they did it & they were so proud! And we-- their friends here-- were incredibly proud of them! 😊 I appreciated their respect for our laws & prayed for them through the process. I'm honored to have been witness to it.🇺🇸

Except people who are doing it the right way are still being deported.

But he was an illegal, isn't? So that was like amnesty. I didn't vote for that!

Clearly some of you retards don’t know the process. That’s an adjustment of status. So willingly in immigration proceedings. He has an appointment most likely at Juarez for his green card interview. IF approved, he gets to comeback 2 weeks later as a green card holder. But before that it was months and months of immigration paperwork and interviews. IF denied, he has to wait a few years to apply again from outside. So technically a self deportation but also not really as if he has a clean record and paid taxes for years. He’ll be allowed back in. If married to a US Citizen he’ll become a US Citizen in 2 years after receiving his green card in the mail.

Legit!! The administration needs to make this clear to people.

Was he here Legally, or Not legally? Were his kids born while he was here legally or not legally? Americans do NOT want illegals, nor yet another Amnesty for illegals Or their anchor kids. A ‘legal invasion“ is just as bad as an illegal one.

@EvelynRatclif17 We are not against immigration. We are against illegals cutting in line.

This is the way. I’m sure it was tough, but worth it in the end. This is all we ask.

That’s bullshit!!! If a person was here illegally, they shouldn’t be allowed back and definitely shouldn’t ever receive residency. My God, I just spent 50 hours answering a fucking @USCIS RFE for my stepson. We could’ve moved to the US in 2020, received free food, rent, cash, and in-state tuition, and been paid $3,000 per family member to “self-deport”, but we are law abiding people and applied before going to the US. Here we are waiting 20 months later and still haven’t been approved. In the mean-time, we have to pay international college tuition and high interest rate loans. The system is set up against law-abiding people. The world is backwards.

Ah h#ll no! How long was he illegally in the US? Are those anchor baby children? He should not have received permanent residency after being here illegally. No, no no!

Deport him and all those anchor babies. Stop rewarding illegals.

Gay-slop. Maybe he deserved to be a citizen, or maybe he didnt. Regardless of this statistical outlier, 50 million deportations of illegals and temp visas must happen this decade; or this country will be a 3rd world shit-hole (like Canada) within a generation.

He should be banned from reentering the US for at least 10 years because he was in our country illegally (that’s what used to happen in the US until Obama ended that policy). This is not a win for the US.

They said if you left on your own accord with documentation that you did so they would let you back. And here you go. Welcome back.

@mohmrat62 Amazing! 🙏

Now times that by 30+ million. It worked out for him and I don't know the situation (are they financially able to support their family without assistance?), but we can't sustain this many illegals, visa, etc. and claiming birthright citizenship on top of it. I did not vote for this.

Wait wait wait so he did it the legal fucking way got permanent residency and everything is all good now!!! Jesus Christ how hard was that!!!
