This life one just have to avoid pitipiti. Because the law self isn't explicit and could be manipulated. Self defense claimant must prove BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT(na here d wahala dey) that the invasion will end fatal. Leading him to defend himself.

There's a loophole here. You can bring down the attacker in the heat of the moment, but if you're not injured you can inflict an injury on yourself to serve as evidence that you were attacked first.

What if the attacker stab you and you did your own back in self defense but in the process the attacker lost his life. What does the law say?
