Depends on where this happened. IN Democrat utopias they will run this man down like as if he is a world class sex trafficker b/c he dared to protect himself without the governments explicit permission to do so. In non Democrat Utopias you can still get into trouble as some require you to make an effort to leave which this guy did not while others have a stand your ground position on the matter. If all 50 states allowed stand your ground defense like this you can bet we'd have far fewer criminals trying to hurt/kill people b/c they would know that anyone could be armed and if they try to hurt that person they the criminal, can no longer count on on the government protecting them from the law abiding citizen defending himself.
