Selfish Nigerian Scholarship Students

It must be distressing to the Nigerian scholarship students. They are not being paid yet their VISA status will not allow them work. A very different position to be in. I won’t be surprised if for the past 11 months the funds have been disbursed but someone diverted it. How sad.
