Funny, but I thought that Chuck Schumer was trained as an attorney. For a lawyer, he doesn't seem to know the Constitution very well. Not only can't he disprove what he claims Fuentes is saying, but the First Amendment says that in any case, it's none of his business. They were saying that Chucky was retiring, but I guess not. If he were, then why would he still be spitting on the Constitution, advocating for "hate speech" laws, and promoting the special interests of his favorite mutual admiration society as though real Americans want him around?
