It's already the law that only Americans can vote in US elections Real IDs in Pennsylvania do not qualify as proof of citizenship, so that means you would have to pay $165 to get a passport to register to vote. The SAVE America Act will disenfranchise millions of Americans. It's a bad idea, and the Senate should vote against it.
