Senator Murphy, you’re right—billionaires don’t rely on public schools or Medicaid. However, their fortunes will be affected if those programs disappear. They depend on the infrastructure these systems provide to build and sustain their wealth. Without an educated workforce and a healthy population, who will do the work that keeps their empires running?
