This is Mitch from May 2023 when he had a six-week absence due to a fall, the clothes, face and hair are matching. There can be little doubt that the photo with his wife was taken in March 2023. The GOP just thinks that people will fall for every lie these days...

If it is an older photo, it is doctored (since WaPo he is holding is from weekend). If it is doctored, that would be dangerously deceptive thing for a senate office to have attempted. So I am going with the most likely explanation: Ron Johnson is being Ron Johnson.

Does anyone think it is weird that during a month long hospitalization, not ONE person in Congress stopped by to visit Mitch in person and bring some flowers or balloons? Like ZERO co-workers thought I am going to stop by and say hi to Mitch?

Look at the photo. McConnell is wearing jeans, no medical equipment in the room, the paper is in Spanish and his fingers are not actually touching the paper. I don’t know what’s up with McConnell but this picture is AI generated.
