He is turning the United States into a country people think twice about visiting, studying in, investing in, or building a future in. And the consequences do not land on him. They land on everyone else. They land in fewer shifts, fewer jobs, fewer new businesses, fewer raises, emptier main streets, weaker local economies, and higher prices.
