It was only being designated as a secondary home in 2020 . Concurrently, he claimed a homeowner-exemption for his Burbank, California condo, also calling it his primary residence . You can’t have two primary residences at the same time because a primary residence exemption gives you a better mortgage rate and it also lowers your property tax assessment.
