All the senators agreed to pass electronic transmission after a closed-door session, but when we came back to the Senate chamber, the Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Mohammed Tahir moved a motion to remove electronic transmission and retain transfer which is in the 2022 electoral act, and immediately, Deputy Senate President Jibrin Barau seconded him and Senate President Akpabio immediately put it to a vote and they passed it.
