Congressman Zia Alonto Adiong of the Young Guns pointed out that the Mr. Curlee Discaya cannot claim that his affidavit was in support of the President’s orders to get to the bottom of flood control anomalies and corruption. Mr. and Mrs. Discaya wrote the affidavit after the truth was already out in the open — President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr. himself inspected two different projects in Bulacan: the River Protection Structure in Barangay Bulusan and Flood Mitigation Structure in Barangay Frances.
