Although, if you are Sara Duterte, you will use whatever bargaining chip you have under your sleeve to avoid a trial because the articles of impeachment from the 19th Congress will definitely convict her. I invite you to read the articles of impeachment filed, it was well-written and explained — it doesn’t need the most brilliant of minds to actually say that she indeed committed culpable violation to the constitution.
