Senator Cruz is terrible with body language. He has a certain posture, head motions, and speaking cadence whenever he is ready to spout out a bunch of nonsense that he fully knows is ridiculous. Republicans have so little to campaign on, not a single success to talk about, that they need desperate press conferences for weak sound bites in hopes of getting any support in November.
