But since the evidences have been confirmed and analysed forensically by the appointed authorities that ex-convict Senator Robin Padilla have actively assisted and abetted the escape of the fugitive-of-law Senator Bato dela Rosa, the authorities should now be able to arrest and charge him with obstruction of justice and harbouring of a criminal. The same can be said of the son-of-a-gun Senate President Allan Peter Cayetano for his part. This will be a test case for DOJ and the NBI in their resolve to speed up the course of justice against those who have supported impunity.
