Gale Sayers is not talked about enough for the great running back and football player he was- he was so much fun to watch

Gale Sayers was great but 60s Steelers were awful. That's the easiest KR TD you will ever see.

He and Jim Brown are the best I ever saw!

He was a machine he was a cross between Barry Sanders and Tim Brown when it came to running & returning stuff !

This was when the Pittsburgh Steelers were playing like today's Cleveland Browns.

the Bears had 1 man 10 yards from the kickoff, and just a couple guys 20 yards deep, and of course Pittsburgh just kicks away. Football minds were not deep back then. (And all the way up until Spurrier came along.)

Gale Sayers is one of the all-time greats.

That’s pretty much all he did that day. Lead the Bears with seven carries for two yards in a 41-13 drubbing at the hand of the Steelers.

I was fortunate to meet him in the early 2000's. I shook his hand. It was huge. That football in the clip wasn't going anywhere. ☺️

I was actually in the stands for that game and got to see my favorite player do that. Boy was that fun. The Steelers bottled him up the rest of the day.
