@narcolepsyboy94 Drew is great. But Cody is overall the best for WWE. Well spoken, respectful, and is old school. He works his ass off and doesn’t take days off. Most fans don’t completely reject Cody as a pure babyface, the first time since Bret Hart in the early 90’s. He’s the guy.

@narcolepsyboy94 Yea but Roman has been the face of the company since 2015 and pushed to be the next John cena, also when Roman was champion the ratings went up by a lot when Cody had it it went down and yes Cody is the top guy but not the face of the company

For 5 years Roman failed to be the next babyface they wanted him to be. He got rejected for 5 straight years until he turned heel. Ratings been dropping also since the attitude era died, people been saying the same stuff about ratings for years, but the company continues to thrive financially and business wise.

The booking failed him yes cause he was never meant to be the babyface they wanted him to be. But he wasn't always embraced by the fans you could even argue he got rejected more than Cena did. Roman, turning into the travel, chief, literally changed the trajectory of his entire career.

There's nothing Wwe could of finding then to get the fans to cheer for Roman the way the company wanted. People rejected Cena for years & didn't want another version of that, if he doesn't turn into the tribal chief Roman's career right now would be in different conversations
