Hard to know but this could be tranq or fentanyl. Tranq is the one that’s causing limbs to gangrene and rot off. Both are really prevalent in AZ along with the garden variety meth problem. I bet every city is saturated with this shit by now. I went down the rabbit hole so I could warn my kids about what’s out there. You know they’re lacing marijuana with all kinds of crap too? Remind your kids that NOTHING, not even an aspirin, is safe off the streets.

Somehow this is the least harmful drug. I think it's on purpose, to make sure they don’t cause trouble. I was thinking, I don't ever see them piss, puke or shit and they don’t fall over. All life is just gone.
