The Memorial Stair Climb at Campbell University alongside students, ROTC cadets, faculty, members of the Buies Creek Fire Department, and leadership. He also looks back at a crucial maritime event from that morning: the historic 9/11 Manhattan boatlift, when the U.S. Coast Guard issued the call for "all available boats" to evacuate hundreds of thousands of people from lower Manhattan in the largest water evacuation in history.
