I remember this dude in Kisaasi... he used to run btn traffic from the bypass to Kisaasi business center... like real sprinting... nigga loves what he does.

I always find him; morning and evening with same passion, same energy, same jolly face@Kamwokya City Oil. He negotiates with Motorists in case they want to fight over usual road usage issues. He is a real Administrator. His zealous and charismatic character will be rewarded…

Among the best traffic offers he was at Ntinda then Kisaasi now Kisementi. Great officer @PoliceUg

Unfortunately his superiors denied him a promotion yet he deserves it… that guy started from kisasi junction way back before the light were installed even; he fought tooth and nail to make sure that the traffic flow is on point. He really works with passion. God bless his soul🩷

He caught me driving a bit fast towards the bridge along mawanda road, stopped me cautioned me and preached to me about hope and that stuff will be okay. He is decent chap
