The drill focuses on quick passing combinations and movement to create shooting opportunities. Thoughts on One-Knee Setups: One of the toughest things, with the increase in velocity, is a catcher's ability to make the correct decision and attack angle to receive or block a baseball. This becomes easier and quicker out of a one knee set up, due to the ability to sit lower and have a better visual of the plane of the baseball. This allows for the catcher to wait longer, have confidence in his decision with receiving approach and minimize excessive movement or what umpires call noise. You see this a lot with last minute decisions and jerky movements out of traditional set ups. This concept is also beneficial when blocking and recognizing the height of the pitch sooner, due to the lower set up and increasing blocking efficiency.

Can everyone in the south please participate in the below to ensure the display is done to full effect. 🔹At the end of ‘SPIRIT OF THE BLUES’ please raise the sheets on seats in the middle of the South Stand upper & lower and can fans in the corners of the south Stand please wave the flags on your seats. 🔹We are encouraging all Evertonians to be in the ground 20 minutes before KO to help with the display and create a great atmosphere for the lads to come out too. Our goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has a message for us all 🔵👍🏼 UP THE TOFFEES 🔵

Offense focuses on passing and relocating quickly. Ball is live once the offense gets it back. Part Two - 2 v 2 A second set of players starts high is sprints towards the corner on the initial attack. Once the offense gets the ball back it is live 2 v 2. Defense needs to be aware that they have help to only one side and should push the offensive player in that direction.

A 3-4 point race...out-spent by double. Why are we spending so much in USELESS places, or HOARDING donations, when we could've saved 4 SEATS in ONE STATE!
