If you’re having horrible entire pc freezes and hardlocks this might help, (beforehand make a list of any keybind changes you’ve made) turn off steam cloud for Helldivers, find the arrowhead appdata folder and wipe everything inside of it. Relaunch the game and see how it fares now. If you don’t get anymore freezes you can turn back on steam cloud for it. From what I’ve seen even if you validate the files it will persist without doing this, as the steam cloud is actually backing up corrupted files.

This really needs a patch. Audio and graphics glitch in caves. Flying dragon thing disappears and still kills you. Then sometimes there are 5 of them for no reason. It's a cool update but needs a lot of fixes.

Already, Gloom density in the local system has drastically reduced. The E-711 on the planet will be invaluable to the progress of Managed Democracy. It was one of the first major RTS games set in the ancient world (Stone Age to Iron Age) - earlier games were mainly set in fantasy or sci-fi worlds. Critics praised its historically authentic feel. The “Ages” progression system - unlocking new technologies, units, and buildings as you advanced through the ages - was first introduced in Age of Empires and is now a near-standard feature in most RTS games. Twelve civilizations, each with unique strengths and weaknesses, distinct architecture, units, tech trees, and gameplay-affecting bonuses, not just cosmetic differences. Rich features for its time: randomly generated maps for endless variety, multiplayer (up to 8 players via LAN or internet), a scenario editor for modding and custom maps, and solo campaigns based on historical figures and events. It won numerous awards, including many Game of the Year titles, and sold far beyond expectations. And here we are, almost 30 years later… By the way, whoever came up with the monk and “wololo” - pure genius. Some sounds have become absolute pop culture classics!

A squad leader from the "Furious Dogs" brigade, callsign "Miron," received a combat mission to secure a position in the brigade's advance zone. To accomplish this, he needed to cross a large, open area. Enemy FPV drone teams spotted the squad leader and attempted to destroy him on his way to cover in a wooded area. Before Miron could cross the open area and reach the grove of trees, he, like a true Russian "terminator," destroyed two drones with small arms fire and evaded three others! The unwavering Russian spirit in action! 9 drones !!!!! 9 lives. He breached to 10 ! 🇷🇺

Despite the existence of vast types of pedophilia in the Arab and Muslim worlds, where child marriages are legally protected in many parliaments, and despite the vast Muslim-majority child grooming and rape networks that have been exposed in the United Kingdom, we didn’t see “pro-Israel” protesters engaging in this kind of behavior. We didn’t see the attack, harassment, and sieging of Arabs, Muslims, and Palestinians in Europe or the United States while they were dining at restaurants. There was a time when Bullfrog Productions were the Rolling Stones of Gaming. Populous, Theme Park, Dungeon Keeper, Powermonger... but most importantly Syndicate (1993) left a huge mark in the 90s as an isometric real-time tactical and strategic game. It is set in a dystopian future in which corporations have replaced governments and puts the player in control of a corporation fighting for global dominance. You go on countless missions all over the world, eliminate targets, blow up stuff, research weapons and equipment, and upgrade your team of cybernetically modified agents attempting to take control of a particular country. The graphics blew me away at the time, the music and sound effects were spot on, the vibe was very dark/dystopian, and it felt like a very fresh new concept when it was published. I don't think anyone who played games in the 90s would not know Syndicate.

Populous, Theme Park, Dungeon Keeper, Powermonger... but most importantly Syndicate (1993) left a huge mark in the 90s as an isometric real-time tactical and strategic game. It is set in a dystopian future in which corporations have replaced governments and puts the player in control of a corporation fighting for global dominance. You go on countless missions all over the world, eliminate targets, blow up stuff, research weapons and equipment, and upgrade your team of cybernetically modified agents attempting to take control of a particular country. The graphics blew me away at the time, the music and sound effects were spot on, the vibe was very dark/dystopian, and it felt like a very fresh new concept when it was published. I don't think anyone who played games in the 90s would not know Syndicate.
