So, I have been watching the video for hours. I am pretty sure I see a gun, I see him doing something in the area of the screwdriver was found and I see a recoil, but first, let's break it down, this first video, I think it is clear he is running with a gun, this looks like the barrel to me. Excuse my poor editing, I was trying to give you an area to look at to see the barrel--inevitably, a cultist will take a still from this video where I prematurely circled the area so you know what area to look, and they will claim "NO GUN" you watch. Anyway, I do not care, first part is proving a gun was on that roof and I clearly see it, do you?

The line on Alex Pretti isn't that it's illegal to bring a gun to a demonstration. It's not, and it shouldn't be. It's that it is reckless, irresponsible, and above all very dumb to bring a gun when you know you will be in a hostile confrontation with law enforcement.

Quentin Tarantino says armorers should be 90% responsible and actors 10% responsible for gun safety on movie sets “It's a situation I think I'm being fair enough to say that the armorer, the guy who handles the gun, is 90% responsible for everything that happens when it comes to that gun” “But the actor is 10% responsible. It's a gun. You are a partner in the responsibility to some degree. They show it to you. If there's steps to go through, you go through them, and it's done with due diligence. You know it's fucking for real” “If he went through the steps that he's supposed to go through, then he should... it's like, okay, you see the barrel is clear. They show you that the barrel is clear, that there's not anything wedged in the barrel. You look at it. They show you some version of, ‘Here are our blanks and here's the gun.’ Now you're ready to go” “If an actor knows he has three hot rounds in his gun and he knows, ‘Okay, I'm going to do a scene and at this point, bam, bam, bam... If one of the rounds doesn't go off while he does his bam, bam, bam, he should cut the scene and say, ‘Guys, one of the rounds didn't go off. I think I'm still holding a hot gun here’”

Joe Rogan lays out why the official story of how Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk doesn't add up for him. He keeps circling back to two things: the gun and the wound. ROGAN: "There's something going on with the guy being able to climb on top of that roof with a gun, dismantle it, put it back together again, and then dismantle it again and put it back together again. Like the whole thing makes no sense." "Anybody who knows anything about guns knows that you take a scope off a gun, you take the barrel off the gun, you take the stock off the gun, you got to put it all back together again. You might not be on anymore. You're going to have to sight that gun in." "And this kid's not like a marksman. It's not like he's got a ton of experience shooting people and shooting at a distance." ".30-06 is a big rifle round. And to shoot a guy in the neck with a .30-06, you'd expect an exit wound. And there's no exit wound. It just goes in." "That's a round that you would shoot an elk with." What's your take on this? Let's hear it.

Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

Bull Armory built a gun that feels like it stopped respecting recoil. This Tac Comp has V6 porting and a compensator machined into the barrel. Ports first. Comp second. Recoil basically gets jumped in an alley before the gun even has a chance to move. And that’s the wild part. The gun barely moves. The only real “problem” is the concussion. It barks. You feel the blast. But after shooting it for a while, I realized the only reason I noticed the concussion so much is because the gun gives you almost nothing else to feel. No real flip. No real rise. No real shove. Just flat. Stupid flat. Texas flat. And under $3,000, this thing is clearly walking into the Staccato XC conversation with a lot of confidence. So now I want to hear from y’all: Is Bull Armory becoming one of the best values in the 2011 world… Or are you still taking the Staccato XC? Drop your answer below — and send this to the friend who thinks ports and comps on the same gun is doing too much.

The gun dealer version of "I can fix her!" Customer just brought this in to sell. It belonged to his brother and the widow wanted nothing to do with it. It's pretty nasty on the inside plus major cancer issues in a couple places. I also had to unload the thing when the old man handed it to me. I tried to be as nice as I could on the price, but it has some major issues that will have to be addressed... Biggest question mark is if I can find a vintage barrel for it to replace the current one.... One that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount Too much deep pitting on the original. But, if I can... This may be going home with Daddy

In MN, the left has a bill for gun restrictions that they are pushing hard to pass. The message is repeated over and over to make an impression that this will protect our kids. They use victims' families and advocates to emotionally push it. It won't save lives. It's not the guns, folks, it's the response to a threat.

He makes an interesting argument that Flock cameras violate the 2nd Amendment because they track people going to gun stores, gun ranges, and so they enable the Federal government (we know they have access to Flock data) to make a database of gun owners. As we know, if the government is ever going to attempt a gun grab, they are going to need a gun owners database. So, does the 2nd Amendment prohibit the government from making a database of gun owners? I am not a Constitutional scholar, but I found there are laws that restrict building such a database, and that the Supreme Court has never reviewed whether such a database violates the Constitution. On whether it is constitutional, some argue that even the Supreme Court is not the final decider of what is or is not Constitutional, since the government's power comes from the people. Popular constitutionalism holds that the people, through elections, juries, protest, and ordinary politics, also interpret the Constitution, and that political means can contest and eventually overturn Court decisions. So keep that in mind, too.

They chased him off the property. Even if the teen had a gun, and even if that gun fell during the chase, the bigger question is whether he had reason to fear for his own life once grown men were pursuing him away from the store. From his perspective, he may not have known what they intended to do. He could have believed they were chasing him to beat him, hold him, or even kidnap him. In that situation, it is fair to ask whether he also had a right to defend himself. The focus should not only be on whether he had a gun. The focus should also be on why he was chased off the property in the first place and whether the people chasing him created the danger that led to the shooting.

California just passed a gun law for your 3D printer. Not a gun. The printer. The law says consumer 3D printers sold in California need technology that can identify and block attempts to print firearms or illegal firearm parts. So your printer is supposed to look at a file and figure out if it is a gun part. A tube? A barrel? A random bracket? The printer has to know. And the technology to do that still depends on a standard that has not been written yet. But here is the part that tells you everything: Hollywood gets a carveout. Printers used exclusively to make props for the entertainment industry get a hall pass. So California does not trust the regular guy with a printer in his garage… but it trusts the town that makes billion-dollar movies about shooting people. And Newsom’s own press release says ghost guns recovered as crime guns are already down since 2021. So the problem is shrinking by their own numbers… and the fix is a mandate that may not show up until the end of the decade. Be honest: Is this about stopping criminals, or controlling everything around the gun?

A man walked into a gas station with one gun… and walked out with two. The second gun came right off the hip of the guy standing at the register. That is the part people need to understand. Having your gun visible does not automatically scare criminals. Sometimes it makes you the target. The robber already had a gun. He walked in armed. Saw another gun. Took it. Then pointed both guns at the man he stole it from. That is not deterrence. That is opportunity. I do not have a problem with open carry. But if you are going to do it, you better understand what it demands. Retention. Awareness. Consistency. Because nobody stays at level ten all day. And the second you drop your guard, somebody may be watching. Concealed carry makes more sense to me because I do not want people knowing I have a gun until they need to know. Be honest: Does open carry deter criminals, or does it just show them where the gun is?
