So, I have been watching the video for hours. I am pretty sure I see a gun, I see him doing something in the area of the screwdriver was found and I see a recoil, but first, let's break it down, this first video, I think it is clear he is running with a gun, this looks like the barrel to me. Excuse my poor editing, I was trying to give you an area to look at to see the barrel--inevitably, a cultist will take a still from this video where I prematurely circled the area so you know what area to look, and they will claim "NO GUN" you watch. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. It's pretty nasty on the inside plus major cancer issues in a couple places. I also had to unload the thing when the old man handed it to me. I tried to be as nice as I could on the price, but it has some major issues that will have to be addressed... does anybody else see a bullet at the time of the first audible shot in this? it looks like it ricochets right off too, almost at the exact angle of repose and relative to the gun. so one agent says "gun", one removes it, and it fires? then other agents hear this and just unload -- which is indefensible. that's why they panic and say "where's the gun" "he has the gun" the gun was fired while it was in the custody of the guy who's running off. they know they fucked up in real time
