I wanted to find out what the city was doing about my report that Allen lives in Idaho and sleeps in the police station. Raises all sorts of issues. I wanted to take another shot at questioning Allen and had to be quick on my feet. He left the meeting right after public comment, and an officer who was with him tried to block my way.
