🚨Iran’s Chabahar Port VITAL for the global south, India’s🇮🇳 PM Modi may be the ONLY ONE capable of bringing peace to the region ‘The US or Israelis have attacked not only the Bandar Abbas Port, there has been attack on the Kharg island which happens to be quite an important port for energy exports. Now Chabahar Port will definitely play an important role, but there is ambiguity towards that. India was working on developing the Chabahar Port. Given the recent political issues, there has been a slowdown on the development of Chabahar Port. So whether that will be reactivated by India, that needs to be seen. 85% of the exports from that region is catered to the Global South. So it’s not only India that will benefit, the entire Global South will benefit out of this. Iran has been under embargo and sanctions for decades now. India has taken the initiative to develop that port, and they have achieved considerable success in that, and they wanted to move forward on that. However, in the recent past we have seen that there had been a slowdown. We feel that India should relook into activating that port, and to bring sanity, as that could be part of one of the peace talks. As far as BRICS is concerned, BRICS has become a very strong body. The next BRICS meeting is in a couple of months, so they may play a very important role to bring sanity in this region. The Global South should stand up to this and find sanity. Today in Lagos State, yet again, we witnessed an ugly but all-too-familiar scene: thugs allegedly sponsored and elements of the police working not to protect the people, but to intimidate, harass, and silence them. During GRV’s event, what should have been a peaceful democratic gathering turned into a targeted attempt to suppress free expression and political participation. Yet, in the face of fear and violence, brave Nigerians stood tall. We are immensely proud of those citizens who acted with courage and unity to protect one another and ensure GRV and his supporters were escorted to safety. This is the spirit of true democracy the will of the people refusing to be broken. But we must say this clearly and without apology: the use of violence, intimidation, and state-backed thuggery to undermine political opposition is a stain on Lagos State’s democratic record. This same pattern played out during the last elections, where voters were attacked, threatened, and in some cases injured simply for supporting the candidate of their choice. These are not isolated incidents they are part of a shameful strategy of political suppression that must be condemned by all lovers of democracy. Enough is enough.

Whether it is the Hindus of Rajouri in Jammu who watched helplessly as their children were murdered by jihadis, after govt had taken away most of the guns given to Village Defence Comittees....or Hindus of West Bengal who fled their homes during the 2021 state-sponsored post-poll pogrom, which our Republic's institutions refused to intervene & stop...or the Hindus of Mewat who have fled 100s of villages over last few decades and yet don't get heard by Supreme Court...or the Hindu fathers in cities across the nation who watch helplessly as their teenage daughter commits suicide after pleas to police to rein in Islamist stalkers go unanswered.....the anger and hurt of our Metei brothers and sisters is something all Hindus will identify with. The rot in our police, bureaucracy, judiciary and politics is well understood by ordinary Hindus...but this charge against Assam Rifles of siding with Christian Kuki terrorists from Myanmar is deeply disturbing and must be investigated by Army top brass asap. The Taliban terrorist group has once again targeted Afghanistan’s girls and women by banning UNICEF’s Accelerated Learning Centers in Afghanistan. These centers have provided thousands of girls in rural areas with access to literacy and education over the past three years. The video captures the heartbreak of these young girls as they learn their classes are being shut down due to this oppressive decree. Thousands of classes around the country will be closed as a result of this decision. This move is yet another attempt by the Taliban to dismantle the foundations of knowledge and progress in Afghanistan, replacing them with their extremist ideology that promotes violence and ignorance. UPDATE: Dutch Police Attack Two Musim Women Without Provocation: Debunking Misinformation Spreading Online Regarding the incident where two Muslim women were assaulted by Dutch police in Utrecht, there have been false information spreading online (including far-right accounts) accusing the Muslim women of being thieves and thus justifying the brutal assault. This is completely untrue! According to the lawyer of the victims Anis Boumanjal: “In response to the police incident that took place on Monday, 26 January 2026, beneath the Bollendak at Hoog Catharijne in Utrecht, the individuals involved feel compelled to respond to rumours and speculation currently circulating on social media. In various online messages, it is suggested that the police intervention was related to an alleged theft by one or both of the women. This suggestion is entirely incorrect. One of the women was detained solely on suspicion of insulting a public official in the performance of their duties. There was no theft, nor has any such suspicion been communicated or recorded by the police. These rumours lack any factual basis and contribute to the further stigmatisation of those involved. As can be seen in the circulating video footage, physical force was used by a police officer during the incident, including kicking one of the women and striking with a baton. The police have since confirmed that the officer's conduct is under investigation and being assessed in accordance with the applicable official instructions. The two women have discussed with the police their intention to file formal complaints for (attempted) aggravated assault and violation of official police conduct regulations. In addition, they report discriminatory remarks made prior to and during the incident involving the use of force. The Dutch National Police Internal Investigations Department (Rijksrecherche) has stated that the women will be invited in the near future to formally record their complaints, with the aim of conducting a thorough criminal investigation into the police conduct and, consequently, criminal prosecution.”
