Not really a surprise. I mean.. if you think about it, in 7x07, Casey sort of implied that Benny has at least 4 ex-wives. We know at least three of them being Beth, Jennifer & Katie's mom plus with him having countless girlfriends, so Damon being Kelly's half-bro isn't a surprise
