My ✨🪞MIRRORcles🪞✨, the time has come. I know we have created many moments together but this time it’s different because I’m different. You all have been watching me evolve and become, again and again and again. As you already have realized this piece isn’t just an album but an expression of all I am and all I’ve built, with you. My humor has always been a source of soothing for me, being campy is how I express the sometimes deep sorrow I know and the duality we all live. Life is so many things but art allows me to process and time stamp and move on and this is my greatest walk yet! And finally what, the doll has ARRIVED. My new album Just Keke is OUT NOW! I dedicate this to my son Leo—and to every single soul who poured into me and helped shape the woman I’ve become. This was a true labor of love, and I gotta thank my bestie TAYLA PARX for holding me down through this creative process.

This piece is a fusion of geometry, rhythm and digital culture a character built from fragments of color, music, and crypto symbolism. The faceted shapes represent how different experiences and struggles come together to form identity. The top hat represents confidence, the music notes represent creativity and freedom, and the character represents the believe in art and the Bitcoin chain symbolizes the modern digital world we are living in. Seven years. It’s hard to put into words what this city has meant to me. When Miami drafted a 19-year-old kid out of Kentucky, they believed in me before I’d proven anything. Together, we experienced just about everything this game has to offer. Two trips to the Finals. Deep playoff runs. Becoming an All-Star. The highest highs, the toughest moments, and every lesson in between. Through every challenge, every expectation, every rumor, and every setback, I always believed in one thing: put your head down, go to work, and represent the name on the front of the jersey the right way. Every time I stepped on the floor, my goal was to help bring another championship to Miami. This city gave me more than a basketball career. It gave me a place to grow up. I became a man here. I became a father here. I built lifelong relationships here. Miami became home. To Spo, Pat, Micky, the entire organization, my teammates, the coaches, trainers, equipment staff, arena staff, and everyone who poured into me over the last seven years—thank you. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, challenging me, and helping shape the player and person I’ve become. And to the fans… Thank you for riding with me. Through every big shot, every playoff run, every injury, every rumor, and every season—you showed me love I’ll never forget. I’ve been keeping something from you. The way I cope with hard things is by doing the work and putting the pain in a box. But the truth is—since I spoke out against insurance companies, things have been really hard. My practice is struggling. I built a surgery center so I could take better care of my patients, expecting to do my cases through insurance. But several insurance companies have refused to contract with me since I posted that video. The strain has been so heavy, I’m not sure I can keep the practice open in its current form. I’m sharing this because no insurance company should have the power to shut down a practice, especially one built to help people. All I want is to take care of my patients. All I want is to do the right thing. I’ve invested all of my time, money, and heart into this. And it’s dangerous—truly dangerous—that one or two insurance companies can make decisions that threaten the future of a practice like mine. I’m hoping that I can figure something out for the practice, but I just wanted to be honest with you guys because this is part of the reality of being a doctor. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. COVID almost knocked me out. The hack, when I wasn’t paid for three months, was another blow. And now this—being punished for telling the truth. But I won’t be knocked out. I’m committed to telling the truth about healthcare, about insurance, and working to find a better way to continue to keep my practice open and taking care of women with breast cancer so I don’t lost my practice or my home. I promise I’ll keep you updated.
