2001-2002 I worked out at Cardio Club in Orlando Florida. Shaq always used to go in there and train. He was so cool to everybody there. Just a good human being!

I will never forget one of the best tips I was ever given. A very elegant, gentleman, who never forgot a persons name he was introduced to, told me; “never have a drink in your hand, if your picture is being taken.” He was 💯on that. So many men, and women, are hurt by that.

Shaq is the goat of the people. His mama raised him right. He is the most caring, generous man I’ve seen as an athlete. He give to people. He doesn’t know and wants us. nothing in return and he does this in honor of his mother and now his sister. True hero.
