First $WELF DAO Proposal Is Live! This proposal aims to set a default voting timeframe for all DAO proposals submitted. What’s a DAO? A DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is a blockchain-based way for communities to make decisions together. Instead of one central team calling the shots, token holders propose, discuss, and vote on changes. As the WELF DAO begins its governance journey, it’s important to define foundational parameters. One of these is the voting timeframe, the window during which token holders can review and vote on proposals. This proposal presents multiple options for the community to choose from. The selected timeframe will become the default voting duration for all proposals, unless an exception is explicitly stated in a future proposal.
