AAP Govt is brutally punishing Delhites for not voting them in Delhi assembly elections Punjab reported 256 new stubble-burning incidents on Monday, pushing the season’s total to 2,518 cases. On top of it, over 62.9% of all fires this season occurred within just the last six days, highlighting a sharp spike in farm fires across Punjab. Multiple reports highlights that in the past week, the share of stubble burning contributing to Delhi’s pollution had been around 2-3%, but this shot up to 22% on 6 November. This is nothing just a revenge politics by criminal PAAP Party.

Centre's own data says that from 15th September to 17th November, 9,600 incidents of stubble burning have occurred in Madhya Pradesh...When Punjab Government can bring down the incidents of stubble burning by 80%, why are such incidents rising in other states?"

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann said that if stubble burning smoke were to reach Delhi, the wind would have to blow from north to south — but currently, there is no wind at all. He further questioned why only Punjab’s smoke is said to reach Delhi, and not Haryana’s. “If the smoke really reaches Delhi, then why does it remain around Connaught Place and not cross the city’s borders?” Mann said the issue is being politicized to defame farmers. “If the Prime Minister can end wars, why can’t he find a solution to stubble burning?” he added, urging that a meeting of all states where stubble burning takes place should be convened to find a collective solution.
