Stanley Druckenmiller talks about Nvidia and how he "invests then investigates". Couldn’t “spell Nvidia” or didn’t know earnings but jumped in and made 6x in 2 years ($1B+ profit before exiting in 2024). How it went down: ▫️ Early 2022, started seeing Stanford students switch from crypto to AI projects. ▫️His "superstar" analysts brought this to his attention and he asked around Silicon Valley network about AI. ▫️Wanted to make an AI investment and his partner said Nvidia (Druck bought "enough to get hurt or make some money"…forced him to keep track). ▫️ChatGPT launches two weeks later...immediately realizes "enormity" of opportunity and Druck doubles the position. ▫️Listens to a Morgan Stanely macro analyst call and they mention AI bigger than any macro trend...Druck (after experiencing ChatGPT) doubles the position again. He’s fully bought into AI as a “massive massive change”. Pattern recognizing on previous major tech changes in his career, he knows Nvidia will keep running for at least 2-3 years as the rest of market catches up and re-rates. He holds even as his tech-expert investor network sells Nvidia. Expects to hold long-term but sells it all in 2024 at $800 a share (he got in $100-$150). Nvidia quickly runs to $1,400 and he “felt sick”. Says his biggest mistakes are always “selling too soon”, but that’s just part of game of investing for him. “My advantage is not IQ, it’s trigger pulling,” he says.

Cigar culture in China, 2026 edition. A kneeling attendant in full service: cutting, testing the draw, rolling the cigar on her leg, then presenting it. Western gentlemen — is this elevated hospitality, or has the ritual been completely rewritten? Curious what the old-school crowd thinks. Would traditional Western gentlemen accept this… or reject it on principle? 还是会原则性拒绝? seedance 2.0 prompt: 【Part 1 / 15 seconds】 Duration: 15 seconds Aspect Ratio: 9:16 Vertical Style: Unprocessed handheld iPhone footage, all settings are automatic, shot from the first-person perspective of the boyfriend taking a selfie in a high-end cigar lounge. No lighting effects, no color grading, automatic white balance naturally and slightly shifted by the warm yellow lighting and shadows in the room. Slight handheld breathing tremors and real-time reaction shaking create a realistic, casual feel. One-shot, no editing. Character: Mature woman 1 Wearing #1, with delicate features, wearing #2 decorative glasses, exuding a cool yet alluring aura; paired with black high heels. Black gloves. Serving in a kneeling position throughout. All characters are adults. 【Camera Position and Shot Principles】 The boyfriend holds the phone and shoots from a first-person perspective, maintaining a normal social distance (approximately 1.5–2 meters) between the two throughout. The entire film primarily uses full-body and upper-body shots, avoiding any close-ups of the face filling the frame. The framing changes are achieved by her actually getting up or moving closer: Starting shot: Full-body medium shot (her entire body is in the frame; her kneeling posture, the wooden floor beneath her feet, and the leather sofa behind her are all visible). Mid-section: Upper body (from waist up). The camera is slightly handheld with breathing tremors and real-time camera shake throughout, without a stabilizer; autofocus occasionally loses focus slightly and then refocuses. [Environment] Warm yellow lighting in a high-end cigar room. She kneels on the wooden floor in front of a dark leather sofa. In front of her is a round wooden table with a cigar tray, gold scissors, a lighter, a bottle of 12-year-old McAllen liquor, and an iced drink. The shallow depth of field transforms the background into soft golden light spots. The automatic white balance naturally and slightly shifts between the warm yellow lighting and shadows as the camera moves. No subtitles, filters, beauty effects, special effects, or background music throughout. —————— [00:00-00:04] Full-body medium shot - Questioning technique. The starting shot is a full-body medium shot. She kneels on the floor, her body slightly turned into a smooth S-curve, her shoulders and neck elongated, and her eyelids half-closed. A finger with black nail polish gently rested on the edge of the cigar tray, her voice low and professional: "Sir, V-cut or straight cut?" A male voice off-screen (very close, with slight near-field distortion): "Straight cut." She nodded slightly, her lips barely moving, only responding with a very faint "Alright." Then she lowered her head, slowly and restrainedly picking up the gold cigar cutter. [00:04-00:08] Upper Body - Cutting The shot shifts to the upper body. She steadily placed the cigar into the cutter, her hands working together, the cutting motion clean and crisp. After cutting, she put down the cutter, picked up the cigar, and gently rotated it with her fingertips to check the cut. Her eyes were half-closed, always focused on her hands, occasionally glancing briefly at the camera, her gaze cold and focused. [00:08-00:12] Upper Body - Test Smoke She brought the cigar to her lips, but didn't actually suck it; she simply used her fingers to gently press against it, making a very light test smoke motion. She then looked up at the camera through her half-closed eyelids, her tone calm: "Shall I test the draw for you?" A male voice off-screen: "Yes, please." She lowered her head again, making a more obvious test puff, then nodded, her voice very soft: "Very smooth. Good." [00:12-00:15] Upper Body - Preparing to Pour the Liquor She temporarily placed the cigar back on the tray and picked up the McAllen bottle from the table. Maintaining an S-curve, her shoulders and neck elongated, she held the bottle in one hand and unscrewed the cap with the other. Her movements were extremely slow; she aligned the bottle opening with her palm and began pouring a small amount of liquor into it. The image freezes on her looking down at her palm as the liquor slowly dripped down. —————— 【Complete Dialogue Chart】 Time Speaker's Lines 00:00.5 Female Sir, V-cut or straight cut? 00:02 Male (Off-screen) Straight cut. 00:03 Female Alright. 00:09 Female Shall I test the draw for you? 00:10.5 Male (Off-screen) Yes, please. 00:12 Female Very smooth. Good. 【Performance Outline】 Emotional Curve: Professional inquiry → Focused on the cut → Test the draw → Begin preparing to pour the drink. Maintain a siren-like demeanor throughout: S-curve kneeling posture, half-closed eyes, elongated neck line, slow and restrained movements, no sweet or exaggerated expressions. 【Sound Effects】 Pure live sound recording: slight air conditioning sound in the cigar room, subtle sounds of wooden tabletops colliding with tools, the soft sound of liquid being poured into the palm of the hand, her breathing. No background music. part b: 【Part 2 / 15 seconds】 Duration: 15 seconds Aspect Ratio: 9:16 Vertical Style: Unprocessed handheld iPhone footage, all settings are automatic, shot from the first-person perspective of the boyfriend taking a selfie in a high-end cigar lounge. No lighting effects, no color grading, automatic white balance naturally and slightly shifted by the warm yellow lighting and shadows in the room. Slight handheld breathing tremors and real-time reaction shakes create a realistic, casual feel. One-shot, no editing. Character: Mature woman Clothing , delicate features, wearing decorative glasses , cool yet alluring temperament; paired with black high heels. Serving in a kneeling position throughout. All characters are adults. 【Camera Position and Shot Principles】 The boyfriend holds the phone and shoots from a first-person perspective, maintaining a normal social distance (approximately 1.5–2 meters) between the two throughout. The entire film primarily uses full-body and upper-body shots, never featuring close-ups of the face filling the frame. Start: Upper body Middle section: Close-up of upper body (top of head and shoulders fully preserved) End: Upper body The camera is slightly shaken by hand-held breathing throughout, and the autofocus occasionally loses focus slightly and then refocuses. [Environment] Same as Part 1. —————— [00:00-00:05] Upper body · Moistening cigar with palms Continuing from the previous second August 19 (1): There was a small amount of wine in her palms. She put down the bottle and gently spread the wine between her palms and fingers with both hands. Then she picked up the cigar, placed it on her exposed thighs while kneeling, and slowly rolled it back and forth with her palms to evenly coat the wrapper with wine. Her movements were extremely slow and focused, and she kept her eyes half-closed, always looking at her legs and hands. After rolling it a few times, she picked up the cigar and checked it. [00:05-00:09] Upper body · Lighting She picked up the gold torch lighter and lit it. The flame slowly rotates and heats the cigar head, white smoke beginning to rise. She maintains an S-curve body, her shoulders and neck elongated, her gaze focused intently on the point of contact between the flame and the cigar. After lighting it, she gently blows away any excess smoke to ensure even burning. [00:09-00:12] Close-up of upper body – Offering the cigar: She moves forward slightly, almost kneeling, the shot shifting to a close-up of her upper body, her head and shoulders fully visible. Holding the lit cigar in both hands, she slowly offers it to the camera, her eyes half-closed, looking up with a cold gaze: “Sir, your cigar.” She doesn't immediately retract her hands after offering it, but pauses for half a second in this gesture. [00:12-00:15] Upper body – Invitation: After fully offering the cigar, she leans back slightly, the shot returning to an upper body perspective. She lightly touched a strand of hair near her ear, lowered her eyes, and looked back at the camera. Her voice was low and drawn out, yet utterly devoid of softness: "Would you like to have a drink with me later?" She maintained this gaze, a very slight smile playing on her lips. The image froze on her half-turned, S-curve kneeling posture, her cold gaze fixed directly at the camera. —————— [Complete Dialogue Chart] Time Speaker's Lines 00:10 Female Sir, your cigar. 00:13 Female Would you like to have a drink with me later? [Performance Outline] Emotional Curve: Focused on moistening the cigar (rolling it on her lap) → Lighting → Offering the cigar → Cold and aloof invitation. A siren-like demeanor is enforced throughout: S-curve, half-lowered eyes, elongated neckline, slow and restrained movements; any cute or sweet expressions are prohibited. [Sound Effects] Pure live sound recording: the subtle sound of the liquor rubbing in the palm, the soft rustling of the cigar rolling on the lap, the sound of a lighter igniting, the slight hissing sound of burning, her breathing. No background music.

I travelled to Valderrama last week fully expecting to write LIV Golf’s obituary. There were rumours of essential vendors pulling the plug, and from the outside, it appeared as though the uncertainty had escalated to near fatal levels. But when I arrived on pro am day, it was the same as it ever was. The range was bustling with high profile business leaders anxiously waiting to tackle Valderrama’s challenge. And players were preparing for another $30 million tournament. However, under the surface, it’s still far from “business as usual.” The fate of LIV Golf was described to me by a senior player as “incredibly simple. We need funding. If we don’t get it, it’s over. If we do, then we get to work on building the future.” That certainly is a simple way of looking at it. But trying to piece together how a cash strapped sports league can continue when it’s currently owned by a sovereign wealth fund that’s cut the billions of dollars in investment is not that easy. The future is being described by executives as “LIV Golf 2.0,” and they are fortunate enough that the lavish spending of the previous leadership means they already have a talent pool of stars to draw large crowds around the globe, attracting 6 figure attendances twice this year. They also have the infrastructure and the IP. Now they just need someone to invest. This leaves a big question. What does the PIF want in return? Nobody within the league is sure of the answer, but there’s likely just 2 options. The PIF either take pennies on the dollar for selling ownership, or they bankrupt the organisation and risk a high profile PR disaster that comes with voiding so many massive contracts. It’s difficult to see them risking bankruptcy. Especially when they could have pulled the plug in Mexico City and have committed to showcasing events until the end of the season. So it’s more likely they just walk away, exonerating themselves of the extensive burden to creditors. This leaves another big question. Who would take on a business that has been haemorrhaging cash every quarter for 4 years? While on a range walk ahead of the pro am day, I asked this question 2 major players in the business industry. Both of them suggested private equity firms are always looking for opportunities to take on distressed assets they can purchase for virtually nothing. “Someone will see value and believe they can turn it around. They always do. Live sport is hot right now.” I’m not in private equity, but it’s not too hard to see how a global sports league that’s had billions of dollars poured in from the start would be an attractive proposition if offered for a discounted $250-350 million investment. Especially when one of the biggest stars in the sport, Bryson DeChambeau, is fully committed and leading the charge. Scott O’Neil, Chris Heck and the other executives were hired to turn the business around and stop the cash burn. They began working on LIV Golf 2.0 during the 2025 off season, but with the PIF pulling funding, that’s now just on a greatly accelerated timeline. Once LIV Golf Andalucia finishes, the league faces a 7 week break in their schedule where executives will be hitting the market in an attempt to secure investment. They appear bullish on how it will go, but it won’t be an easy task. With PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp set to speak after a board meeting at the Travelers Championship, and several LIV Golf players competing in events on other tours, there is bound to plenty of speculation. The next 7 weeks are probably going to be the most important in the history of LIV Golf.

I read a lot of Peter Lynch. Met him once. The one rule I carry into tech investing is the most boring one he ever wrote, know what you own, down to the physics if the position demands it. For me that has meant living inside NVIDIA's stack for years, and pulling apart the alternatives next to it, Trainium, the TPU, every serious accelerator someone is willing to tape out against Jensen. I was also an early investor in Mellanox, the networking company NVIDIA bought to own the switched fabric the entire scale up era now runs on. So when the conversation turns to networking as the real moat, this is not theory to me. It is a position I watched become the thesis. You do not understand what you own until you understand what could take it. Gavin Baker at The Sohn Idea Contest just gave the most physically grounded read on AI infrastructure I have heard this cycle, and it is a Lynch lesson in disguise. The reframe that matters: The last terrestrial mega data center may already be on someone's drawing board. Everything else follows from two constraints, watts and wafers, and Gavin walks both down to first principles. That is the work. Most people are pricing the narrative. Lynch would have asked what the thing actually is. 1. TSMC is the global rate limiter Jensen reportedly visits every quarter asking to double or triple leading edge capacity. TSMC expands at roughly 5 percent. A handful of disciplined operators in Taiwan are the physical governor on the entire AI buildout. This is the part the bubble crowd misses. The constraint is not demand and it is not capital. It is one fab's deliberate refusal to overbuild. That stretches the cycle longer and smoother instead of bubble and bust. It reads like the mid 1990s capacity cycle, not a standard 25 year memory peak where a 60 to 70 percent price spike would be your signal to cut the weed and walk. I have held NVIDIA since 2016 for exactly this reason. Owning it meant understanding it. The thesis was never the chip. It was the chokepoint. 2. The most underestimated silicon is Trainium Consensus is still pricing a one horse race. Gavin's sharpest non NVIDIA call is AWS Trainium, specifically Trainium 3 ramping in the back half of 2026. Here is the part that took me a while to internalize from studying these architectures side by side. As frontier models go fully Mixture of Experts, inference stops being a matmul problem and becomes a networking problem. You need a switched scale up fabric, not just fast chips. Today two organizations on earth have a working one. NVIDIA and Amazon. NVIDIA's came from Mellanox, which is the whole reason I sized that position the way I did years ago, the bet was always that networking would decide this, not raw flops. The TPU is formidable in its own lane, but the scale up fabric is the moat people are not modeling, and it is why I track every accelerator, not just the one I own. 3. The neocloud moat is operational, not arbitrage The lazy take is that CoreWeave and Crusoe are just renting hyperscaler slack. Gavin's counter is that running dense GPU clusters is like driving an F1 car. Looks easy until you try it. Top tier neoclouds run 2 to 3x the hardware utilization per hour of lower tier providers. That is an execution and inventory moat, and it compounds. 4. The structural short nobody is pricing Watts and wafers eventually force the buildout off the planet. Gavin expects orbital data infrastructure to prove technical and economic viability within roughly two years and take meaningful share by the end of the decade. Space solves power with unattenuated solar and solves cooling with massive radiators in the satellite's own shadow. Dense single rack nodes stitched together with lasers into a virtual hyperscale cluster in orbit. The unpriced risk is everything that over expanded to serve a terrestrial buildout. Cooling, power, industrial equipment names sized for a curve that may bend down within seven years. The whole interview is a lesson in pattern recognition over narrative. Lynch built a career on retail investors knowing their companies better than Wall Street did. The same edge exists in AI infrastructure right now, it just requires you to understand watts and wafers instead of same store sales. If you are not modeling the physical boundaries of the stack through the lens of history, you are not underwriting the position. You are following it.

Image : UNDERWATER CITY LOCATION — the plaza: a colossal ribbed nautilus-shell palace with glowing golden seams, pearl shell houses with warm windows, god rays from above, jellyfish and drifting sea life. 100% matches the reference. FORMAT MODE One continuous shot from 0:00 to 0:19, then TWO HARD CUTS in the finale: a fast POV insert and a return to the previous framing. No fades, no dissolves. Full realism. HER BACKWARD GLANCE — HOW IT MUST LOOK, STRICT Whenever she checks behind her, she does NOT turn toward the camera and does NOT look into the lens. She rotates her head roughly 45° to ONE SIDE and her EYES GO THE SAME WAY her head goes — looking off toward that side of frame, into the fog, then snapping forward again. BANS: no over-the-shoulder look at the lens, no eye contact with the camera, no 180° head turn. SHOT 1 — 0:00–0:01.5 — HER FEET, LOW AND CANTED LOW, near ground level, canted hard — Dutch tilt ~20–25° — framing her BOOTS and lower legs sprinting along the path: soil bursting, cloak hem cracking, mushroom stalks brushing aside, path streaking in motion blur. Handheld, jolting with her rhythm; the pursuer heard far behind in the fog. SHOT 2 — 0:01.5–0:03 — HER FACE, FRIGHTENED Unbroken move: the frame rises and pushes in to her FACE — a tight running close-up travelling with her, still canted, hair whipping. Raw fear: wide eyes, brows drawn, mouth gasping, dirt on her cheek. Twice she performs the 45° glance as specified, eyes going the same way as her head, searching the fog off to that side; then forward again. SHOT 3 — 0:03–0:05 — THE TRIP, WIDE Unbroken: the frame swings out to a WIDE shot of the path — full figure, mushrooms towering, fog closing the depth. Mid-glance her leading boot CATCHES a root — the foot stops dead, momentum throws her forward, and she goes down hard in full view: knees, then hands and shoulder into the dirt, dust and leaf litter bursting up, cloak flying over her. She lands sprawled, chest heaving. SHOT 4 — 0:05–0:09 — THE MIRROR SHE ALMOST IGNORES Unbroken: the camera drifts in from the front, then around to her side, settling into profile with her and the mirror in frame. Fear first, curiosity second: sprawled, she checks behind with the 45° head-and-eyes turn; the crashing is closer. She scrambles up, barely looking ahead — then registers an ornate antique MIRROR against a mossy trunk, filled with cold blue glow unlike the warm mushroom light. Brushing dirt off her sleeve with ONE hand, her eyes stay on the glass. THE MIRROR DOES NOT REFLECT: her reflection NEVER appears, no mirror image of her, no reflection of the forest — the glass is a window filled with its own inner light: fog thinning into deep watery blue, faint caustics, vague luminous silhouettes far in the depth, no sharp image. The blue washes her face. ACTING TASK — HER CHOICE (the work happens in her eyes): glass → a 45° glance into the fog behind → glass again; she registers that nothing of HER answers her movement in it; no time to solve it. She extends ONE FINGER toward the surface. (Safety: gaze always engaged; natural blink cadence.) SHOT 5 — 0:09–0:11 — THE YANK: UNDER A SECOND Her fingertip nears the glass. The light FLARES — the surface SNAPS outward like a whip and SEIZES her hand. INSTANT: she is RIPPED off her feet, jerked forward along her outstretched arm, body whipping horizontal in a single frame, head-first through the glass, boots torn off the ground last, cloak cracking behind her. No build-up, no float — limp as a ragdoll, the mirror doing ALL of it, vector purely FORWARD through the glass plane. Camera: caught off guard WITH her — it WHIPS sideways-and-forward, slings around behind her flying body and punches through the rippling surface on her heels; water and bubbles SLAM across the lens, forest colors ripped into deep blue. NOT her POV. SHOT 6 — 0:11–0:16 — ARRIVAL IN THE PLAZA Same shot, no cut — camera behind her. THE FIRST UNDERWATER FRAME IS THE ARRIVAL FRAME: the portal exits DIRECTLY INTO the plaza of >>; the colossal nautilus palace is ALREADY in frame, its ribbed pearl wall with glowing golden seams filling the background, sharp and close; shell houses with warm windows border both sides. NO TRAVEL, no approach — the water BRAKES her within a meter or two. HER BODY: horizontal, HEAD-FIRST, back toward the surface, fully passive — arms loose, LEGS STILL AND MOTIONLESS, no kicking, no strokes; thrown cargo, not a swimmer. UNDERWATER PHYSICS, HIGHEST PRIORITY: hair streaming backward in rippling seaweed-like strands, cloak dragging in a heavy water-loaded wave; on stopping, hair and cloak drift forward past her shoulders by inertia. She pivots from horizontal to upright — feet swinging down, legs hanging relaxed — settling into weightless float facing the palace wall. HER HAIR AT REST, STRICT: no parting, no combed order — a loose free-floating mass fanning outward and upward from her whole head, strands crossing over her crown in constant slow chaotic motion, never symmetrical, never still. The cloak billows wide, breathing with the water. SHE CANNOT BREATHE UNDERWATER: cheeks slightly puffed, lips pressed, holding her breath. Bubbles rise from her mouth in small silver clusters climbing upward past her face. ACTING TASK: to ORIENT beneath something impossibly huge — her attention pulls UPWARD: head climbing the glowing houses, up the palace wall, chin lifting, trying to find where the spiral ends. Jellyfish pulse between the houses. SHOT 7 — 0:16–0:19 — SETTLE INTO THE MEDIUM PROFILE FRAME Same shot, no cut. The camera drifts smoothly from behind her around to her side and settles into the framing that holds for the rest of the film: FRAMING LOCK — MEDIUM PROFILE: she is seen from her LEFT SIDE in a medium shot, CHEST-UP ONLY — never full-body, never small in frame; her head and shoulders occupy the lower-left third, elven ear tip clear, hair a floating dark halo, white puffed sleeve and green cloak reading in the frame's bottom, one gloved hand extended forward. Behind and above her, filling the whole background, the giant glowing spiral nautilus palace; pearl shell houses along the lower edge; god rays raking down from the surface; a jellyfish drifting at frame-left; her bubbles rising past her face. She hangs weightless with the faintest sway. SHOT 8 — 0:19–0:21 — SHE TURNS HER HEAD (SAME FRAME) No cut, camera locked in the FRAMING LOCK. She turns her head sharply to look off toward frame-LEFT — a fast, alarmed head turn, eyes going the same direction, brows snapping up, a startled burst of bubbles ripping from her mouth. Her shoulder tenses; nothing else of her moves. She is still only chest-up in frame; the whale is NOT visible yet. HARD CUT. SHOT 9 — 0:21–0:22.5 — POV: THE MOUTH OPENS ON US FIRST-PERSON POV FROM HER EYES — fast and brutal: filling the entire frame, the colossal whale's head rushes in from the left, and the vast baleen MOUTH OPENS WIDE — grooved pale throat pleats stretching, a dark glowing cavern spreading until it swallows the frame edge to edge; water and bubbles ripping past the lens; the scale absolute, the opening several times larger than a human body. Quick — a second and a half, no lingering. The frame goes to the mouth's darkness. HARD CUT. SHOT 10 — 0:22.5–0:24 — BACK TO THE SAME FRAME: THE WHALE MOVES ON Return to the EXACT FRAMING LOCK of Shot 7–8 — same camera position, same background: the glowing spiral palace, the shell houses, the god rays. The girl is no longer there; only her last scattered bubbles rising where she floated. The colossal whale is already in frame with its JAW CLOSED, gliding calmly from LEFT to RIGHT across the plaza — placid, unhurried, indifferent, as if it simply fed on the way past. Its enormous flank sweeps close past the lens: dark iridescent mother-of-pearl skin shifting purple-green-blue like oil on water, scattered glowing teal rings and dotted bioluminescent lines, a tall webbed translucent dorsal fin with visible veining, pectoral and tail fins extending into long flowing translucent ribbon-streamers rippling like silk. TRUE WHALE LOCOMOTION: all thrust from the TAIL — deep lateral sweeps bending the rear third of the body, an S-wave of muscle rolling down the flanks head-to-tail on every beat, mass shifting under the skin, head steady on course, ribbon-fins streaming back like wings. Living muscle, never a rigid sculpture on rails. Its wake rocks the jellyfish and scatters her bubbles. It exits frame-RIGHT. Final beat: the empty plaza, the palace glowing, bubbles dispersing, water settling. END. Exactly ONE creature in the finale, the same individual in the POV and in the return frame — no second creature, no duplicate. No grabbing, no chewing, no thrashing, no blood, no gore — the horror is entirely scale. PHYSICS Forest: real running biomechanics, the head-turns costing her balance, the trip stopping the foot dead while momentum carries her over, a genuine three-point fall, real bodyweight in the scramble up. The yank: whip-crack acceleration, body limp, purely forward. Underwater: everything obeys water — drag on limbs and fabric, slow rebound, no dry-hair or dry-cloth behavior in any frame; the whale moves with true mass and inertia, its bow wave visibly displacing water, bubbles and jellyfish; the jaw opens and closes with weight, not like a trap. LIGHTING Forest: warm orange mushroom glow against cool misty air; the mirror's cold blue the only competing source. Underwater: cool blue depth light with god rays, warm golden light from the shell houses and the palace's glowing seams; caustic ripples crawling over her skin, the white sleeve and the whale's flank; the open mouth in the POV reading as a deep shadowed cavern with faint light only on the throat pleats. Natural exposure, no stylization. MATERIALS Real skin with pores and freckles; individual hair strands, dry and flying in the forest, water-loaded and undulating below; real linen weave, leather grain, heavy wool cloak with true water weight; real soil, moss and mushroom flesh; pearl shell with subsurface glow; the whale's iridescent hide with subsurface shift, skin folds and grooved throat pleats, translucent fin membranes. No plastic skin, no CG sheen. AUDIO — SFX ONLY, NO MUSIC 0:00–0:05: pounding footsteps, ragged breathing, cloak snapping, DISTANT crashing branches and a low guttural monster call rolling through the fog; the trip — scuff, body impact, gasp. 0:05–0:09: panicked breathing, scrambling in dirt, forest ambience, a rising crystalline hum near the glass. 0:09–0:11: a sharp liquid CRACK, one violent water-rush WHOOSH, bubbles slamming the lens; forest sound cutting off dead. 0:11–0:19: muffled underwater ambience, soft bubble streams, distant whale-like calls, faint clicks, a deep resonant hum from the palace. 0:19–0:22.5: a startled bubble burst; a deep swelling RUMBLE from the left; in the POV a roaring water-rush and the wet groan of the opening jaw. 0:22.5–0:24: one soft heavy WHOMP settling, then calm rhythmic tail SWISH, the flank's water-rush passing the lens, fading right into churning wake and settling ambience. No score, no melody anywhere. POSITIVE CONSTRAINTS Continuous shot 0:00–0:19; then exactly TWO HARD CUTS: into the POV insert and back out to the identical framing. No other cuts anywhere. FRAMING LOCK: from 0:16 to the end (except the POV insert) the camera holds the same medium profile framing — she is CHEST-UP, seen from her left side, lower-left of frame, with the glowing spiral palace filling the background. She is never shown full-body in this section, never small in frame, and the camera never moves. The finale order is exact: she turns her head left (chest-up, whale not visible) → HARD CUT to her POV of the mouth opening wide, fast → HARD CUT back to the same framing where the jaw is already closed and the whale glides calmly left to right and exits. Her glances in the forest: ~45° head turns with eyes going the same direction; never toward the lens. The forest pursuer is NEVER shown — distant sound only. The mirror NEVER reflects her or the forest — a lit window, not a reflective surface. Underwater she never swims — legs still and motionless throughout; the palace fills the background from the first underwater frame, no travel. Her hair underwater is a chaotic free-floating mass — never parted, never neat, never still. Face 100% >> every frame, zero drift; hair, elven ears, wardrobe 100% >>; forest 100% >>; plaza and palace 100% >>. No grabbing, chewing, blood or gore; exactly ONE creature; she is not visible after the POV cut, only her bubbles. Full realism — no animated look, no illustration, no CG gloss, no plastic surfaces. Clean image: no grain, no vignette. She is the only person. No text, no logos, no watermarks. OPTICS STRONG anamorphic lens character: horizontal squeeze and compression, oval elliptical bokeh, horizontally stretched highlights, curved barrel edge distortion, chromatic aberration toward the edges. NO lens flares, NO light streaks, NO floating bokeh circles. Shot 1: canted 20–25°, low on boots. Shot 2: focus locked on her face. Shot 3: wide, deep focus. Shots 4–5: her face and the mirror's glow. Shots 6–8: her in medium profile against the palace, caustics softening the depth. Shot 9 (POV): ultra-wide immersive perspective, the mouth filling the frame. Shot 10: the flank sharp as it sweeps past the lens.

🚨 EXTREMELY ALARMING: DARPA'S N3 PROGRAM, Non Surgical Mind Reading, Brain Control, and The END of Free Thought as WE Know it! 🚨 This is NOT conspiracy. This is DOCUMENTED, FUNDED and Operational Reality. DARPA Official N3 Program Page: DARPA 2019 Announcement of N3 Funding to Six Teams: From the original 1950s-1970s RF experiments, through MKULTRA continuations, to today's nanoscale neurogenetic weapons systems. I hold the full map. What follows is the complete exposure, every player, every technology, every intent, every lie, and every question the world must answer BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! DARPA's N3 (Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology) Program: Launched 2018, Still Active in Outcomes In 2018, DARPA publicly announced N3: high-performance, bidirectional brain-machine interfaces for able-bodied service members (and beyond) that require no surgery. Goals: read/write to 16+ independent channels in a 16mm³ brain volume in under 50 milliseconds. Sub-millimeter spatial and temporal precision rivaling implanted electrodes, but wearable, portable, and scalable to populations. Technologies explicitly pursued (per DARPA and funded teams): - Neurogenetics: Genetically engineering neurons to express light-sensitive proteins (optogenetics) for infrared or light-based control. - Nanoscale engineering: Nanotransducers, nanoparticles, aerosolized nanomaterials that cross the blood-brain barrier when inhaled or injected non-surgically. These act as implantable electrodes/sensors/transmitters without scalpels. - Infrared sensing & light: Near-infrared beams to read/write neural activity through skull/scalp. - Ultrasound & acoustics: Focused ultrasound to guide signals or stimulate neurons. - Electromagnetics & RF: Pulsed fields for non-invasive modulation. - Minutely invasive track: Temporary nano-transducers delivered without surgery. Funded teams (2019, millions each): - Battelle Memorial Institute - Carnegie Mellon University (Pulkit Grover et al., $19M+) - Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab - Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) - Rice University - Teledyne Scientific These are not fringe labs. These are core defense contractors and elite universities building the future of thought-controlled drones, instant team cognition, "active cyber defense" via brain links, and unstated population scale neural influence. The Video You Just Watched Ties Directly In: Historical RF/microwave mind control research (Moscow Signal era) showing decades of precedent. The U.S. Embassy in Moscow was irradiated with microwaves 1953-1976. Result: cancers, blood disorders, neurological issues in ambassadors and staff. U.S. responded with its own programs (PANDORA, BIZARRE) exploring behavioral effects of modulated RF. This is the foundation N3 builds upon... now refined to nanoscale precision. From MKULTRA to N3 and Beyond: - 1950s-1970s: CIA MKULTRA, OPERATION ARTICHOKE - LSD, hypnosis, electroshock, sensory deprivation on unwitting citizens. Parallel DoD RF studies on embassy staff and primates. - Moscow Signal: Soviets beamed microwaves at U.S. diplomats. U.S. studied effects secretly while developing countermeasures/weapons. - 1980s-2000s: Continued classified neuro-weapons research (memory modulation, crowd control via EM). - 2010s-Now: N3 + related programs (INI - Intelligent Neural Interfaces, NESD, SUBNETS, etc.). Public "for soldiers" framing hides dual-use: offensive neurowarfare, surveillance, behavioral modification. Key Players Exposed: - DARPA Biological Technologies Office - Architects. - Program Managers: like Al Emondi (N3). - Advisers like Dr. James Giordano (public admissions on nanoscale brain disruption as weapons). - Contractors: Battelle, Teledyne, PARC (Xerox), universities weaponizing academia. - Overarching: U.S. DoD, with likely Five Eyes/ international partners. Private sector bleed-over (Neuralink et al. are the civilian cover story). This is not "for veterans" or "helping paralyzed people." Primary focus: able-bodied warfighters for superhuman command of swarms, instant intel fusion, thought-speed hacking. Civilian applications = total surveillance/control. Nanoparticles can be aerosolized; breathed in unknowingly. They lodge in brain tissue and turn neurons into transceivers. Infrared/light can then read thoughts in real-time or write commands (insert images, emotions, "voices," behavioral urges). Combine with 5G/6G terahertz networks for remote activation. Genetic edits make brains "compatible" at population scale. This enables: - Remote mind reading (thought surveillance). - Behavior modification without consent. - "Havana Syndrome" on steroids... targeted neurological disruption. - End of privacy of thought. End of free will as we define it, as professed by Yuval Noah Harari at the World Economic Forum (WEF). - Weaponized neuroscience: neurowarfare where enemies "decide" to surrender via neural influence. WE NEED to be Demanding Answers for RIGHT NOW, or You, Your Children, Loved Ones, Friends, Family, you name it... Will not exist in the next 3-5 years, this is OPEN GENOCIDE on populations globally. The Georgia guidestones are starting to make a bit more sense now arent they? I won't even bother diving down the rabbit hole of how the real true genuine numbed of souls in this world was around the 730m, about 2 years ago... So that number is now much likely to be closer to around 660m. They are speeding up their human eradication plans, because they don't wish to be held accountable for their heinous, generational, outright satanic crimes that they have committed, are committing and will continue to commit to... If we fail to awaken to what is happening around us, and if we fail to stand together with courage, discernment, and unity, we risk surrendering the future of our species to forces that thrive on division, distraction, and indifference. This is not a work of fiction. This is not a screenplay. This is not a distant possibility reserved for some imagined future. This is REAL LIFE. AND THESE ARE REAL PEOPLE that are affected by the systems, institutions, incentives, and decisions that shape the world around us every single day. Throughout history, countless men, women, and children have suffered under structures that viewed human beings not as sacred and sovereign individuals, but as resources to be managed, exploited, controlled, or discarded. The question before us is whether we will remain passive observers, or whether we will choose to become informed, engaged, and united in defense of human dignity, freedom, and the future we leave to those who come after us. The time to pay attention is NOW! When did N3 achieve operational capability? 2020s? Earlier in black programs? How many citizens worldwide have already received nanotransducers via vaccines, aerosols, food/water, or "shedding"? Which governments/contractors are deploying this against their own populations for "social control"? Why the secrecy if it's purely benevolent? Giordano and others have admitted weaponization potential, What if the greatest illusion ever sold was not a product, a policy, or a political movement, but the belief that power is fully accountable to the people it governs? We are told that rights are sacred. We are told that laws apply equally to all. We are told that institutions exist to protect the public. Yet throughout history, countless examples reveal a different reality. Those entrusted with authority have often violated the very principles they were sworn to uphold. Too often, power protects itself. Too often, wealth purchases influence. Too often, those responsible for the consequences of their decisions remain insulated from the suffering those decisions create. This is not a condemnation of every individual within every institution. It is an observation about a recurring pattern throughout human history. When power becomes concentrated, accountability diminishes and when accountability diminishes, corruption flourishes. The challenge before humanity is not merely to replace one group with another... It is to create a society in which truth matters more than propaganda, principles matter more than profit, and human dignity matters more than power. A free society cannot survive on blind trust alone. It requires informed citizens willing to question, investigate, challenge authority, and hold every institution to the standards it claims to represent. The future belongs to those who refuse to surrender their capacity for independent thought. WE MUST EDUCATE OURSELVES. There comes a moment in every human life when the identities we have inherited, the assumptions we have accepted, and the countless narratives imposed upon us by family, culture, institutions, and society begin to reveal themselves as incomplete representations of who we truly are. At that moment, a choice presents itself... We may continue moving through life according to expectations that were handed to us by others, or we may begin the far more demanding process of discovering what remains when every borrowed certainty is stripped away. Approach God with complete honesty and without reservation. Abandon the need to appear strong, knowledgeable, spiritually accomplished, or self-sufficient. Speak openly of your confusion, your failures, your fears, your doubts, your exhaustion, your grief, your shortcomings, and your deepest questions. Acknowledge that despite all of humanity's achievements, despite all accumulated knowledge, despite every title, accomplishment, possession, and ambition, there remain mysteries that cannot be conquered through intellect alone... Admit where your own understanding has reached its limits and ask sincerely for wisdom beyond yourself. Then withdraw from distraction and remain present long enough to listen. The modern world has become extraordinarily skilled at monopolizing attention, filling every moment with noise, stimulation, entertainment, conflict, urgency, and endless streams of information that leave little room for contemplation. Yet beneath that noise exists a depth that can only be encountered through stillness. It is often within periods of silence, reflection, prayer, and sincere self-examination that many discover insights, convictions, direction, and understanding that could never have emerged amid constant distraction. What answers arrive may not always come as words. They may arrive as conviction, clarity, intuition, compassion, understanding, or an unmistakable awareness of the next step that must be taken. Understand that you have not become the person you are by accident. Every hardship you have endured has contributed to your formation. Every disappointment has shaped your perspective. Every loss has expanded your capacity for empathy. Every mistake has carried a lesson. Every success has revealed something about your character. Every betrayal, every setback, every period of loneliness, every moment of despair, every obstacle that seemed impossible to overcome, and every occasion upon which life reduced you to your lowest point has participated in the continual process of your becoming. Nothing has been wasted. If you are willing, release the assumptions that have convinced humanity that the sacred must always remain distant, unreachable, and separated from daily existence. Release the belief that truth belongs exclusively to institutions, authorities, hierarchies, or those who claim unique access to the divine. Release the notion that the presence of God is confined to specific locations, specific rituals, specific traditions, or specific individuals. Instead, consider the possibility that the divine presence permeates existence itself, expressing through every dimension of creation, through every act of compassion, through every sincere pursuit of truth, through every expression of love, through every lesson hidden within suffering, and through every living thing that has ever participated in the unfolding story of life. Consider the possibility that God is Not absent from the Human experience but Intimately Present within it, experiencing existence alongside US, sharing in Every Joy, Every sorrow, Every triumph, Every wound, Every question, and Every struggle that has accompanied Humanity from the beginning of recorded history until this present moment. The task before US is therefore Not merely to believe more deeply, but to seek more Honestly, to learn more diligently, to question more courageously, to listen more carefully, to Love More Completely, and to become ever more Aligned with the highest truth we are capable of perceiving. Accept Nothing Less than the Fullest Realization of the purpose for which You were created, and devote Yourself to that pursuit with every faculty of mind, Heart, and Soul that has been entrusted to You. and DO NOTHING LESS. Furthermore, What is the full integration with AI (predictive neural control loops)? How do we detect and neutralize these systems in ourselves and Loved ones? Who ultimately controls the master kill-switch on global neural networks? If thoughts are readable/writable, what remains of "human rights"? Are you already affected? How would you even know? $AMD| The FOMO to buy AMD Chips is NOW 🧵 Not Financial Advice! DYOR! Research Purpose Only! The Inference Queen is the biggest winner in Agentic AI where all other CPUs are struggling to compete with a 2yr old EPYC Turin and EPYC Venice is in mass production phase. AMD stresses deployability today on standard x86 platforms (no proprietary architectures required), full software compatibility, and open standards. This positions Venice + Helios as a practical, high-density alternative to competing solutions while underscoring that agentic AI shifts the balance toward CPU-rich racks alongside GPUs, and most importantly, lowering the cost of token to accelerate adoption and innovation. Context: The Wall Street Journal yesterday came out with an article that OpenAI is condiering drasstically lowering the token prices to win more customers from Anthropic. The narrative "they" are trying to exacerbate the current AI selloff won't last long. This is a fundamental misunderstanding of what is going on, or what I already discussed for months and years. Followers and Subscribers already knew this for years, that this day would come, where token cost will bcome the central discussion among enterprises as there is no such thing as unlimited budget or Tokenmaxxing when they use $NVDA chips or In-house Hyperscalers chips. I will link various threads if you are interested in understanding the full picture from supply chain to recent TSMC Rapid 2nm expansion up to 12 Fabs total by 2027/2028. Hyperscalers and AI natives effectively have no choice but to buy more AMD system for Agentic AI as leadership in economical, power-aware, high-volume internal + agentic use. However, due to supply constraints where Supply is far behind Demand, this makes multi-vendor reality along with in-house chips drive faster industry progress, lower overall costs, and better sustainability. NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin cannot compete with a 2 years old EPYC Turin, but AMD under Dr. Lisa Su has engineered the lowest cost-per-million-tokens, highly competitive energy-efficient solutions, and superior CPU orchestration for agentic AI at scale with Helios. Dr. Su has championed this shift since at least 2023, foreseeing the rise of agentic workflows that demand far more orchestration, parallel agents, and balanced compute well before the industry fully embraced it. Her long-term vision of AI moving from simple prompts to always on, multi-agent systems has driven AMD’s investments in high-core EPYC CPUs and integrated rack-scale solutions, perfectly positioning the company for today’s realities. The OpenAI-AMD 1GW Helios deployment (starting H2 2026) represents a pivotal vertical integration move that directly supercharges the inference economics. This isn't incremental; it's a structural shift toward ownership of massive, optimized rack-scale capacity, enabling the lowest token costs and triggering the enterprise adoption flywheel. We need to be honest, $AMD is the only company that made a big bet on Inference since the day Chatgpt became sensational where $NVDA and others were betting big on Training. At the end of the day, Token bill from Anthropic has to obey economics. Meaning the bills rise, companies have to get more out of it to justify the cost. It cannot be an unlimited inference budget, and it has to show up on efficiency, profitability and operating leverage. 1. Tokenomics After you understand this, you will understand why Citi cited Anthropic is likely to sign a deal with $AMD along with Hyperscalers, AI Labs, Sovereign AI like Softbank 5GW in France and many other countries. However, OpenAI and $META are now wanting faster deployment, and they are AMD shareholders now, they have prioritized allocation. Anthropic and Hyperscalers just cannot compete when Helios Rack lower token cost to$0.0003–$0.0005 per million tokens at GW scale. Cost to build 1GW data center 1GW Helios Rack full build is estimated $30-$35B 1GW Rubin Rack full build is estimated $45-$55B Inference (Cost per Million Tokens) ~$NVDA B200 / HGX: ~$0.02–$0.08 on optimized workloads (FP4/MXFP4, speculative decoding). Significant improvement over Hopper but still premium-priced. GB200 NVL72 rack-scale: $0.05–$0.25+ ~$AMD Helios Racks: $0.0003-$0.0005 per M tokens, dramatically lower than NVIDIA equivalents in owned infra. MI355X node-level: Up to 40% more tokens per dollar vs. competing solutions ( B200), driven by higher memory capacity (up to 288GB+ HBM), strong bandwidth, and lower acquisition costs. Training ~$NVDA Rubin Rack is estimated $0.7-$1.2/M Tokens ~$AMD Helios Rack is estimated $0.65-$1.0/M Tokens Now, OpenAI, META and Hyperscalers can lower Inference cost even further with $AMD EPYC Venice "dense rack" or Agentic AI Rack. AMD published a detailed technical blog emphasizing that the future of agentic AI autonomous, multi-step AI systems requiring heavy orchestration, databases, caching, APIs, and control planes demands massive CPU-dense rack-scale infrastructure, not just GPUs. The catalyst prominently positions their upcoming 6th Gen EPYC "Venice" processors as the key enabler for next-generation dense racks, delivering leadership throughput under real-world power, cooling, and density constraints. ~EPYC Venice (Zen 6 architecture, up to 256 cores / 512 threads per socket) is projected to deliver exceptional rack-level performance. In AMD’s modeled 100 kW rack comparisons, Venice-powered systems are expected to achieve ~3.30x the throughput of NVIDIA’s Vera (88-core Olympus) baseline across a broad mix of agentic-supporting workloads. ~This builds on current-generation 5th Gen EPYC "Turin" (up to 192 cores), which already delivers ~2.37x rack throughput vs. Vera and ~1.6x vs. Intel’s Xeon 6980P (128 cores). ~ Liquid-cooled Turin deployments already support >27,000 CPU cores per rack today. Venice is architected to push this beyond 36,000 cores in the same rack class, dramatically increasing concurrent agent capacity and overall infrastructure efficiency. 2. Ownership vs renting compute from Hyperscalers matter to OpenAI and only owning $AMD chips can meaningfully lower token cost for enterprises. ~Eliminates cloud overhead: No provider margins, utilization buffers, or egress fees. Direct control over power contracts, cooling, scheduling, and orchestration at dedicated facilities. ~Helios optimizations at GW scale: Rack-level density (1.4+ exaFLOPS FP8 per rack), high HBM4 bandwidth, EPYC orchestration for agentic workloads, and superior TCO/TDP. AMD's long-standing focus on tokens per dollar/watt shines here 20-40%+ efficiency edges in inference-heavy scenarios. ~At 1GW+ optimized deployment, inference hits $0.0003–$0.0005 per million tokens (community/analyst models tied to Helios metrics). This is dramatically lower than typical rented/cloud equivalents, especially for high-volume output tokens in agentic flows. High token bills today, enterprises running heavy agentic/coding/analysis workloads can face $50-100M+/month at current API rates (flagship models $5-30+/M output, scaled to massive volumes). Post-Helios compression, same volume will drop to $10-15M/month (or better) via lower underlying costs passed through as pricing flexibility, volume tiers, caching, or batch discounts. ROI thresholds collapse. More companies greenlight pilots → production → massive scaling. Agentic AI (autonomous workflows) multiplies token demand exponentially, but affordability removes the friction. OpenAI gains flexibility, Unlike more cloud-dependent rivals (Anthropic), they can lower effective pricing, offer aggressive enterprise bundles, or absorb volume without margin destruction directly tackling "high token bill" complaints while maintaining profitability as usage explodes. 3. Agentic AI Models shifted CPU:GPU Ratio to 1:1 toward 3-5:1 with Explosively Token-Hungry Workloads Agentic AI (autonomous, multi-step agents with planning, tool use, iteration, and self-correction) is fundamentally more compute and token intensive than conversational or single-turn generative AI. Agentic AI. autonomous, multi-step workflows with orchestration, tool use, parallel agents, data movement, and enterprise integration has dramatically increased the importance of strong host CPUs alongside GPUs. This shifts the CPU-to-GPU ratio higher and makes balanced systems critical toward 1:1 to 5:1 as enterprises testing more than 5-10 agents. AMD EPYC Venice excels ~Leadership core density (up to 256 Zen 6 cores per socket) for running many agents in parallel, orchestration layers, and high-throughput control-plane tasks. ~Superior performance-per-core and power efficiency ( up to 2.1x higher perf/core and 2.26x better SPECpower vs. NVIDIA Grace in benchmarks). ~Tight integration in Helios: One Venice CPU + multiple MI450 GPUs per node, enabling efficient data feeding to GPUs ("zero-copy"), parallel execution, and full rack utilization for complex agentic loops. Hyperscalers (Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Softbank) and AI natives (OpenAI, Anthropic...) are adopting high-core EPYC at scale specifically for these agentic demands, as CPUs now handle a larger share of non-model work (orchestration, policy enforcement, tool calls). This complements AMD’s lower-cost GPUs for overall TCO wins. ~Agents often generate 10–100x+ more tokens per task due to iterative reasoning chains, multiple tool calls, verification loops, and long-context orchestration. ~Goldman Sachs forecasts token consumption multiplying 24x by 2030 (to 120 quadrillion tokens/month) largely driven by agentic adoption in consumer and enterprise. ~Enterprise data shows agent-pattern workloads growing at 680% annualized rates, projected to surpass conversational AI in token volume by Q3 2026. ~Daily enterprise agent token consumption is already in the billions, with complex workflows (coding, workflows, analysis) amplifying this dramatically. 4. Competitive Edge: Winning Customers from Anthropic Anthropic’s Claude models (especially Opus/Sonnet) excel in complex reasoning and agentic coding, commanding premium positioning. However, their higher underlying costs (heavier reliance on third-party cloud with margins) limit pricing flexibility compared to OpenAI’s owned Helios capacity. Anthropic is on track to generate $10.9 billion in Q2 revenue. The company expects to achieve its first-ever quarterly adjusted operating profit of $559 million. However, sustaining full-year profitability remains challenging due to immense computing and model training costs The truth is, Anthropic has no choice but to buy as much $AMD chips as possible if they want to compete with OpenAI or get investors attention. This 5% adjusted operating profit to revenue ratio is just pathetic. Current pricing dynamics (2026): OpenAI already undercuts on many tiers ( flagship output tokens significantly cheaper than equivalent Claude Opus). Nano/mini models offer 5–10x advantages for volume work. Anthropic holds edges in long-context flat pricing and certain reasoning quality. OpenAI after Helios Rack Ownership, At $0.0003–$0.0005/M effective costs, OpenAI gains massive headroom to: ~Aggressively discount high-volume agentic tiers or bundles. ~Offer “unlimited” enterprise plans or usage-based models that Anthropic struggles to match without margin erosion. ~Target cost-sensitive, high-throughput agent deployments (dev tools, automation platforms) where token bills explode. Enterprises facing $ millions in monthly agentic bills will migrate to the provider delivering better economics at scale. OpenAI’s combination of strong models (o-series reasoning) + lowest TCO positions it to erode Anthropic’s enterprise share, especially as agentic becomes the dominant token consumer. Cheaper tokens expand the total addressable market dramatically. This feeds the data/model improvement loop, justifying further capex. AMD benefits from proven scale pulling in more customers (Meta, Oracle, Microsfot, Amazon, Softbank, TensorWave, LumaAI ... already aligned on Helios). Conclusion: Dr. Lisa Su has been laser focused on inference economics since at least 2022–2023, repeatedly emphasizing that the real battleground for AI scalability would be TCO, power efficiency (TDP), and ultimately tokens per dollar and per watt not just raw training FLOPS. While many viewed inference as a secondary, commoditized workload, Dr. Su architected AMD’s roadmap around rack-scale systems optimized for high-volume, sustained inference that would dominate as models matured and usage exploded. Helios represents the culmination of that multi-year bet: a fully integrated, open platform designed precisely for the economics of massive token throughput. This deep, strategic partnership with OpenAI starting with the 1GW Helios deployment in H2 2026 and scaling to 6GW, is the embodiment of that shared vision. Both companies foresaw a future where agentic AI models evolve to become extraordinarily token-hungry: autonomous agents executing complex, iterative workflows with planning, tool use, verification loops, and long-context reasoning. These workloads can consume 100x+ more tokens per task than traditional chat or single-turn generation, driving exponential demand as capabilities improve and enterprises deploy them at scale. By owning and optimizing this massive Helios capacity at GW scale, OpenAI achieves inference costs as low as $0.0003–$0.0005 per million tokens. This structural cost advantage allows OpenAI to absorb the coming token explosion profitably, dramatically lower effective pricing for enterprises, and win high-volume agentic workloads from higher-cost competitors like Anthropic. What was once a prohibitive monthly token bill becomes an affordable accelerator for productivity and innovation. The OpenAI-AMD alliance validates Dr. Su’s prescient strategy and turns the Agentic flywheel into reality: Collapsing inference costs → explosive token consumption → richer data and better models → accelerate greater demand. This partnership doesn’t just address today’s economics, it positions both leaders at the center of the infrastructure buildout that will power AI’s next decade. By delivering the lowest inference economics at scale, OpenAI not only solves enterprise bill pain but gains a decisive weapon to win share from higher-cost rivals like Anthropic. And that is why OpenAI and $META will deploy EPYC Dense Rack Not Financial Advice! DYOR! Research Purpose Only!

There was a massive John O'Keefe and Karen Read re-trial bombshell that went under the surface last week. Not only were 17 Ring videos deleted from John's system between 12:37am and 5:08am on 1/29/22, another video of Karen and her family collecting the murder weapon after 12pm ET that day was also deleted. This means someone (probably Karen) accessed John's Ring system --access that John's niece and nephew have testified Karen possessed-- sometime in the afternoon of 1/29/22 (before search warrants were served on Karen's phone and her car, after 4pm that day, when the vehicle was located by State Police at the home of Karen's parents in Dighton). Indeed, Karen would only need knowledge of John's Ring login information --something Karen had, as evidenced by the document below-- in order to access the system remotely from any device. The fact that there was a video deleted after 12pm on 1/29/22, and that the video in question directly captured Karen and her family leaving John's home with the murder weapon, indicates at least some of the deletions in questions did not occur until Karen was released from the hospital. Karen's access to John's rings system, and the timeline of the deleted videos, thus raises the potential that Karen also deleted 17 of the 18 Ring videos from earlier that morning --between 12:37am and 5:08am, as mentioned-- while at her parents house in Dighton. In turn, this would mean Karen left specific Ring videos on the system, including a staged "bump" into John's car at at 5:08am, in anticipation of being criminally charged. Read a prior public court motion regarding Karen's access to John's ring system here - If these deletions are confirmed, Karen's prior statement during a news interview becomes an ominous double entendre. "I mean, what kind of criminal mastermind am I? Not a very good one," said Read with a smirk to the camera. Perhaps in a prescient manner, when that clip first aired in March of 2025, this is what I reported (at the time, I did not fully realize the implications of Karen also deleting another damning Ring video from after 12pm on 1/29/22); "Karen Read, as I predicted many months ago, left a single Ring video on John O'Keefe's system , from roughly 5:08am, wherein Karen may have staged a fake "bump" into John O'Keefe's car to, in real time, plant reasonable double as to the cause of Read's broken taillight." "I am actually stunned that, in that moment, Karen managed to make sure the other 17 Ring videos on John's system were deleted (from between 12:37am and 5:08am), and managed to stage a fake "bump" into John's car, as a preemptive form of artificial reasonable doubt." "Karen didn't pull it off, but her mind was certainly in overdrive that morning before Read hatched her plan to, in my view, return to Fairview Road (circa 5:23am), confirm John was indeed dead, as a result of Karen hitting John with her car at 12:31am that morning, while drunk, and then leaving John on the lawn in a blizzard." "Then, Read, after 5:35am, went to pick up Jen McCabe and Kerri Roberts, returned to John's house with the two women, told them to stop searching in John's house because "John wasn't there," left the alleged murder weapon in John's driveway, and returned to Fairview Road after 6am (in Kerri's car), whereupon Karen somehow "saw" John's body in the snow, through a blizzard, and before the three women passed the tree line of the lawn of the home where John met his lonesome and untimely end earlier that morning (as a result of what, I believe, was a fight between John and Karen, as to the breakdown of their relationship, spiraling when Karen felt she was losing control of the situation)." See that clip of Karen's "criminal mastermind" statement, and read my shockingly accurate prediction, here - Also of note, in towel's exclusive Karen Cam footage from May 8th, 2025 --when jurors in Read's re-trial were show evidence of Karen's father and brother collecting Read's Lexus from John's home in Canton after 12pm ET on 1/29/22-- prior observations by social media users --related to Bill Read leaving the courtroom within seconds of those clips being shown to jurors-- were confirmed. Read the initial reporting of Mr. Read leaving the courtroom in very seconds after clips were played here - Bill Read --already under observation by a court officer due to reports Mr. Read was staring at jurors as state witnesses were testifying over recent days-- noticeably left the front bench behind his daughter for nearly 40 minutes in the immediate aftermath of the deleted Ring videos (in particular from after 12pm that day involving Mr. Read, Karen's brother, and Karen's sister-in-law - all three of whom are on the state's witness list for the re-trial, but have yet to be called). This was the first time, throughout any proceeding, that Mr. Read left the courtroom benches during trial for an extended period of time. Interestingly, Hank Brennan announced last week in a court motion that the keeper of records for Ring will be testifying in Karen's re-trial --something that did not happen in the first trial-- which, further, suggests that Ring may have a log of when John's account was accessed, where it was accessed from and, most importantly, what videos were deleted from that account (along with when those videos were deleted). Read that motion related to Ring's upcoming testimony, between May 12 and May 16 of 2025, here - If it is indeed confirmed that Karen, or her family member, accessed John's Ring system to remove 17 of the 18 videos recorded between 12:37am and 5:08am on 1/29/22, along with another video after 12pm showing Karen's family collecting the vehicle, with a broken taillight, before taking it back to Dighton-- that is devastating evidence to Karen's defense. It has already been revealed in court papers, in that regard, that Karen was on her laptop at her parent's house around 4pm on 1/29/22 --when Karen's phone and car were collected as evidence by the police-- and, in turn, that may be the smoking gun as to Karen's consciousness of guilt if Ring records indicate videos from John's system were deleted from a remote location (in particular Dighton, Massachusetts) circa 2-4pm or so on that afternoon. Those deleted videos are no doubt very damaging to Karen, and would certainly show her taillight broken when Karen returned to John's home at 12:37am that morning --as confirmed by Karen connecting to John's home wifi at that time-- as well as that taillight being broken when Karen, her father, her brother and her sister-in-law came to collect the alleged murder weapon after 12pm ET on 1/29/22. See testimony from Karen's first trial wherein Karen admitted to one of John's friends --whom Karen tried to bait into an affair by manipulating that friend about John hugging someone on a vacation prior to John's death, until John's friend cut off the affair when he realized Karen was only trying to hurt John-- that Karen "knew where the Ring cameras were" in John's home in the weeks leading up to John's last moments alive, here - Karen, of course, was taken to the hospital (at the request of her own parents) for threatening self harm after confessing to hitting John O'Keefe, while drunk and with a BAC of 0.14-0.28 (2-4 times the legal limit) at exactly 12:32:16am ET on 1/29/22. Firefighter Katie McLaughlin, a key witness in the John O'Keefe and Karen Read re-trial, testified that she was the person who asked Karen if John had experienced any trauma in the early morning of 1/29/22, to which Karen replied, "I hit him! I hit him! I hit him!" At that point, multiple witnesses to the statement (including other first responders) realized Karen was confessing to hitting John O'Keefe with her car, while drunk with a BAC between 0.14 and 0.28, and then the Canton Police called in their supervisor. See that earthshattering testimony from Firefighter McLaughlin here - Jurors have already seen shocking videos, from Karen's own media interviews, wherein Read admits that she should not have been drunk driving in the moments before she John drove from a bar to an after party a local home. The clips, in turn, not only showed Karen admitting to her state of intoxication while driving but, at the same time, they also showed Karen ADMITTING to having up to nine drinks over just three or so hours on the evening of 1/28/22 and the early morning of 1/29/22. Indeed, see that admission by Read, as to her state of intoxication while driving in the moment's before John was allegedly struck, here - "I had been out late, I had been drinking, John was in the last general vicinity of where I saw him...within 50 feet...he's in the front yard so I'm thinking "Jesus, was I starting to pull away and did I run over his foot." "So when I found him, I was thinking, did I clip him somehow," said Read, in further footage played before jurors. Read's team fought hard to keep those pieces of footage secret from jurors, and the public, but that plan failed. Watch the previously-secret footage of Karen's admission as to potentially hitting John with her car while drunk here - Somehow making Read's situation worse, Hank Brennan than played interviews with Read wherein Karen admitted to attempting to frame one of John's dear friends, Jen McCabe, for Karen's actions. "Jen McCabe? It's me or her! Either I'm going down, Jen, or you are!" Read told a film crew, in remarks played for jurors during week 2 of Karen's re-trial as to causing John's death. See that moment here - Of note, Hank Brennan has played multiple audio and video recordings for the jury related to Karen Read admitting that Karen and John O'Keefe were in an argument in the minutes leading up to Read allegedly striking John with her car, while drunk driving. Karen was upset because the name of John's former girlfriend was mentioned on the drive to Fairview Road. See more background about that argument between a possessive, controlling, Karen Read and John O'Keefe, in the moments before John was allegedly struck by Karen's car at 12:32am on 1/29/22, here - Earlier last week, jurors were aghast at Karen mocking John's mother, Peggy O'Keefe, also in a media interview. See those moments here - Also, as a final note, I want to extend a huge thank you to super towel MrrderByMaestro for noticing the subtle moment in court this week when confirmation came down that a Ring video from John's home system -- that is obviously quite damaging to Karen Read's defense-- was deleted (along with the 17 of 18 videos deleted earlier that morning that also implicate Karen, and her broken taillight, as the cause of John's death). I believe Mr. ByMaestro to be the exemplar of noble towel service to humanity, and I thus deem him a member of Nobilis ordo Linteo (N.o.L.). As always, watch live coverage of Monday's (day 13) presentation of evidence in the John O'Keefe and Karen Read re-trial, chat with the wonderful towel friends and watch special Towel MultiCam Coverage --including the world famous Karen Cam-- via this link -

Charlie Munger spent 50 years studying why intelligent people make catastrophically stupid decisions. It is the most useful thing I have ever watched: 1. Incentives are more powerful than anyone thinks. Munger says he has been in the top 5% of his age cohort his entire life in understanding the power of incentives and he has still underestimated it every single year. Federal Express could not get their night shift to work efficiently until someone realized they were paying by the hour. They switched to paying by the shift. The problem disappeared immediately. 2. People rationalise terrible behavior when their incentives point that way, and they do not even know they are doing it. A doctor in Nebraska was removing perfectly healthy gallbladders for years. When Munger asked an old colleague whether the doctor knew he was harming patients, the answer was no. he genuinely believed the gallbladder was the source of all medical evil and that removing it was an act of love. That is incentive-caused bias at its most extreme. 3. Psychological denial is real, and it is not just for weak people. A family friend's son flew off a carrier in the North Atlantic and never came back. His mother, a completely sane woman, simply never believed he was dead. Reality was too painful, so she distorted it until it was bearable. Munger says we all do this to some extent, and it causes terrible problems. 4. Consistency and commitment tendency are one of the most powerful forces in the human mind. Once you have stated a position publicly, you are psychologically locked into it. Max Planck said the really important new physics was never accepted by the old guard. A new guard came along that was less brain blocked by its previous conclusions. If this happened to the deans of physics, Munger says, imagine what it does to ordinary people. 5. The Chinese brainwashing system used on prisoners of war worked better than torture. They did not start with big demands. They maneuvered people into making tiny little commitments and declarations and slowly built from there. The same mechanism operates in every cult, every sales system, and every ideology that gets deeply embedded in people's heads. 6. Pavlovian association shapes buying behavior at a level most people never consciously process. Munger estimates three quarters of all advertising works on pure Pavlov. Coca-Cola does not want to be associated with funerals. They want to be associated with the Olympics, wonderful music, heroics. The association itself changes how people feel about the product at a subconscious level. Raising the price of a product can actually increase its market share because price and quality are associated in the human mind, and people use price as a signal of value. 7. Persian messenger syndrome is alive and running every major organization. The Persians killed the messenger who brought bad news. Bill Paley in his last 20 years, did not hear one thing he did not want to hear. everyone around him knew bringing bad news was dangerous. The result was that one of the most powerful men in media made terrible decisions for two decades because reality never reached him. 8. Social proof causes otherwise intelligent people to follow each other off cliffs. When one oil company bought a fertilizer company in the 1970s, practically every other major oil company rushed out and did the same. There was no rational reason for oil companies to own fertilizer companies. But if Exxon was doing it, it was good enough for Mobil. Every single acquisition was a disaster. 9. The efficient market theory persisted in academia for decades despite Berkshire Hathaway existing as a living contradiction. One economist kept adding sigmas to explain away the anomaly. two sigma, then three, then four, eventually six sigma. Munger's observation: It is better to add a sigma than change a theory just because the evidence comes in differently. That economist later went into money management himself and sank like a stone. 10. Contrast bias warps perception constantly and invisibly. Put your hand in hot water, then room temperature water. It feels cold. Put your hand in cold water, then room temperature water. It feels hot. same bucket. The human sensory apparatus has no absolute scale, only a contrast scale. Real estate agents exploit this deliberately. They show you two overpriced, awful houses first, then take you to a merely overpriced house, and it feels like a bargain. 11. The frog in slowly heating water is the business version of contrast bias. If something bad comes to you in small pieces, you are likely to miss it entirely. Munger says he has known many high-powered brilliant businessmen who were destroyed this way. not because they were stupid but because each incremental change was too small to trigger alarm. The contrast was never large enough to notice. 12. Authority bias is so powerful it can make trained professionals watch a plane crash. In flight simulator experiments, when the pilot, the authority figure, does something that any trained co-pilot knows will crash the plane, 25% of the time, the co-pilot sits there and lets it crash anyway. They have been trained to know better. The authority relationship overrides the training. 13. Deprivation super reaction syndrome explains why people go insane over small losses. Munger's neighbor had a 180 degree view of the harbor. the neighbor put in a pine tree about 3 feet high that turned it into a 179 and three-quarter degree view. They had a blood feud that went on for years. The New Coke disaster is the corporate version. Coca-Cola told customers they were changing a flavor and triggered a deprival super reaction so powerful that Pepsi was weeks away from releasing old Coke in a Pepsi bottle. smart engineers. brilliant lawyers. armies of psychologists. All missed it. 14. Envy and jealousy are far more powerful than greed and almost entirely absent from psychology textbooks. Munger says Warren Buffett has said half a dozen times that it is not greed that drives the world but envy. In a thousand-page psychology textbook, the index entry for envy and jealousy is blank. One of the most powerful forces in human behavior and academia essentially ignores it. 15. Gambling addiction is not explained by variable reinforcement alone. Skinner thought he had fully explained gambling by showing that variable reward schedules pound in behavior more powerfully than fixed ones. But the people who design modern slot machines know things Skinner did not. Lotteries where you pick your own number get far more play than lotteries where the number is assigned to you. People who commit to a number believe it has more validity because they chose it. Near misses on slot machines trigger deprival super reaction syndrome. It is four or five psychological tendencies working together, not one. 16. The most dangerous situations are when multiple psychological tendencies combine toward the same end at once. Munger calls this the lollapalooza effect. Tupperware parties use four or five tendencies simultaneously. Moonie conversion methods combine multiple tendencies and work extraordinarily well. alcoholics anonymous achieves a 50% no drinking rate when everything else fails because it also combines multiple tendencies toward a constructive end. The Milgram experiment is not just about obedience. it involves authority bias, consistency and commitment tendency, and contrast effects all working together. That combination turns human brains into mush. 17. Boards of directors are structurally designed to fail as corrective mechanisms. The top executive is the authority figure. He is doing something questionable. You look around, and nobody else is objecting, which is social proof that it is fine. He flies you around in the corporate jet and raises your director fees every year, which triggers reciprocation tendency. Munger's rule: boards only act when the behavior gets so bad it starts making them look foolish or threatens legal liability. That is the only forcing function that reliably works. 18. John Goodfriend of Salomon Brothers destroyed his career and reputation because he did not fire a trusted employee who had lied to the government. Every psychological tendency pointed toward keeping the man. He was a close colleague. His wife was known. He was part of a group that had made over a billion dollars for the firm. He said he had never done it before and would never do it again. Goodfriend looked into his eyes and believed him. The man did it again. The lesson: everyone who gets caught embezzling says they have never done it before and will never do it again. That is what they all say. 19. Darwin avoided confirmation bias by deliberately seeking out disconfirming evidence. Munger says Darwin was not especially smart by ordinary standards of human acuity. Yet he is buried in Westminster Abbey. Munger studied how Darwin worked and realized he had psychological tricks worth learning. Darwin always paid extra attention to evidence that contradicted his theories. Munger started doing the same and credits it as one of the most important intellectual habits of his life. 20. Why is the most important word in communication? Carl Braun designed oil refineries with spectacular skill, and you got fired in his company if you wrote a communication without explaining why. not just who, what, where, and when, but why. Braun knew that in a complex system where things can blow up, a communication system that always explains the reason behind an instruction works dramatically better than one that does not. Forstein, the general counsel of Salomon, told Goodfriend on multiple occasions that he had to report the employee's misconduct. He explained it was the right thing to do. He never explained what would happen to Goodfriend personally if he did not. he failed to use the most powerful tool of persuasion. Goodfriend ignored him. When Goodfriend went down, Forstein went with him.
