Being in DC should be for certain things. SOTU, being sworn into office, being tried for crimes. Everything else need to happen at home, so you can be held accountable by your constituents.

I agree with everything except #3 they should and need to meet in Washington. Zoom is not a good way to persuade or argue your point or get things done. No they don't need to go to other countries but there are many reasons to be in DC. Other than that I agree wholeheartedly.
