Removing a minister will show that they have to do their job well, otherwise they will be fired. He has overseen several failures. Why he should stay? I'm surprised at people saying removing a minister will not solve a problem. Well, It's a first step in the process.

Well said but removal of incompetent ministers is a message. This government needs to start taking accountability for failures. Success is personalised. Failures are nationalised. Here are the things they can do - 1. Sack that incompetent minster. Protests also stop. 2. Stringent laws against paper leaks. Make example out of 13 accused. 3. Learn from other nations like China as to how to conduct such grand exams. 4. Use latest technology to stop leaks.

Read the column. JEE conducts two exams. The session doesn’t get pushed. NEET happened twice this year. It’s possible

JEE main is a screening exam. JEE Advanced-the actual entrance exam for admission-is still conducted once per admission cycle. A single exams ensures a competitive exam stays competitive.

2 attempts is a good deal. Isolation is also a nice idea. These are things that should be proposed and main demands.

Removal of a minister is first thing to move forward. Govt should sincerely initiate dialogue with student body and then only you frame guideline and address the issues. Govt so egoistic that they not even ready to talk.

Have two stage exam.. In final stage give two chance, take best of two.. Reduce number of qualified student to 3 lakhs.. brake the medical mafia..

Did not like your view point. Resignation of the minister is required not because he failed to give a secured examination system but for sheer messaging that such lapse will not be tolerated and leadership would be sacked each time.

Very valid stuff! Sane and rational arguments! Moreover, when we have so many aspirants for medical or engineering seats - why can’t we have 2 intakes in an academic year? Fall and Spring! That one day doesn’t need to make or mar your career!
