I feel like Kpop fans who aren't fans of Taemin or SHINee have no idea what he has achieved since leaving SM and say the most negative things about his career. Taemin Ephemeral Gaze world tour is the 9th most attended tour from a Kpop solo artist. His Japan Veil tour was successful too and was the 20th most attended tour from a Kpop solo artist. I think even though towards the end of his contract with BPM it wasn't admirable ( nothing he did it's all the company's fault),however, Taemin still kept his teams morale up and paid their salaries. He performed on Kelly Clarkson Show, Jennifer Hudson Show, and was the first male Kpop soloist to perform at Coachella, and was the first Kpop soloist to have an exhibit at the Grammy Museum and it was later extended due to his popularity. Taemin's Permission was #5 on Billboard's World Digital Sales Song Chart and Long Way Home his other single entered US Top 40 radio I think the music Taemin has put out has been good and there is nothing wrong with him exploring new sounds and artistic expression. He is a 12 year solo artist and 18 year member of SHINee he doesn't have to keep doing the same thing. People forget that Taemin is the one that chose MOVE and Guilty, in fact Taemin fought for MOVE to be the title track, they forget that he has had great input on the direction of his music and performance, he has written his own music, and choreographed for himself and also for SHINee. A lot of y'all are fans of the company and not the artist, If you can't accept that Taemin is exploring his musicality then leave, he doesn't have to keep releasing the same music. I feel like a lot of you guys connect good music to the label and can't process an artist standing on their own. There isn't really any good music coming out of SM anymore, so I don't know what y'all even going on about. Taemin released 6 new songs at Coachella and they were all good and Deja Vu and Bones is some of his best songs.

#FirstItsMe #TAEMIN isn't considered the best dancer in Kpop simply because he executes choreography well or has strong technique. Many idols are technically excellent. What separates Taemin is the way he understands movement. He doesn't approach dance as a series of steps to perform, but as a language he speaks fluently. When he dances, it feels instinctive, as if the movement is coming from inside him rather than being placed on top of his body There's no visible effort, no sense of calculation between motions, everything flows as one continuous emotional and physical expression. What makes this even more powerful is his control over detail. Taemin pays attention to the smallest elements: the tension in his fingers, the direction of his gaze, the way his weight shifts, the timing of his breath. These micro movements give his dancing depth and realism, turning choreography into something alive rather than mechanical. He also has extraordinary body independence, meaning different parts of his body can move with completely different qualities at the same time This kind of control is extremely rare, even among top dancers. Taemin doesn't layer emotions on top of choreography as an added performance tool, he generates emotion through movement itself. You don't need lyrics or facial exaggeration to understand what he's expressing, because his body already tells the story. Desire, vulnerability, confidence, pain, all of it is communicated through weight, texture, and timing. That's why watching him feels less like watching someone dance and more like watching someone become the music Another reason he stands apart from others is his fluidity. Taemin moves effortlessly between softness and sharpness, masculinity and femininity, delicacy and power, without treating any of these qualities as opposites. This balance gives his dancing a unique tension and beauty that very few performers can achieve His musicality is also on another level. Taemin doesn't only hit the main beats, he responds to background sounds, subtle rhythms, and the spaces between notes. He hears music in layers, and his body reflects those layers. This is why his performances feel rich and dimensional instead of flat Many idols are outstanding dancers in specific areas, some excel in power, others in speed, others in acrobatics or freestyle. Taemin's greatness comes from the fact that he combines technique, musicality, emotional intelligence, originality, and identity at the same time. When you watch him, you don't think of other dancers he resembles. You think, "This is Taemin." Having a recognizable movement signature is the highest level of artistry. That's why Taemin isn't just one of the best dancers in Kpop. He's a true dance artist who happens to exist within K-pop, and that's what makes him unmatched.
