Is there a release valve for the hydraulics so it can freely spin?

That wire rope burns easily with a torch very little oxygen pressure required. If you’re not confident you won’t burn into the equipment you’ll be able to melt it off with no oxygen it’ll just take a while but you won’t ruin anything
