I totally get it. The housekeeping staff mostly spot clean, empty the bins and change the sheets. Very simple, quick routine. No deep cleaning happening.

the nosebleed was part of the script for this scene and she was supposed to use a pill with fake blood in her nose. it didnt work and she ended up having a real nosebleed when they were shooting the scene so this is her real blood here... anya has said before she gets nosebleeds really often so it could be that emotionally since its a very charged scene she got herself worked up enough for it to happen naturally or she accidentally hurt herself and made it happen
