Obstruction. She was blocking the road and ran into an officer causing internal bleeding. That’s not peaceful protesting. The man was fighting the ICE officers while armed. He wasn’t carrying an ID or permit which is required while armed. Resisting arrest while armed is dangerous. You can carry a gun, but if you fight officers while armed someone is getting hurt.

1)Pretti was interfering with an ongoing arrest/detention. 2) yes, it is a civil violation to illegally enter the US. The penalty is deportation. If you resist, that now becomes a criminal charge.

When confronted by the ICE officer and told to leave, she refused so he told her to get out of her car. She refused to obey their commands. A crime 3. When the ICE officer tried to detain her, she tried to flee the scene. A crime. 4. Trying to flee the scene, she hit an ICE officer with her car. A crime. She fucked around and found out!

The only rights that illegals have is to be deported. Rene and Alex were both rightfully shot in their last moments and anybody that wants to be a hero will end up just like them.
