Stealing kittens for the best reason 💖✨ Two female cats, Cheeto and Melo, live in the same household. Cheeto gave birth about two weeks before Melo. When Melo delivered her kittens, Cheeto persistently tried to enter the room. At first, the owners tried to stop her, but eventually allowed her in under supervision. To everyone’s surprise, Cheeto “stole” all of Melo’s kittens—she cleaned them, checked on them, and carried them back to her own area. Melo didn’t react and calmly went off to eat and take care of herself. Cheeto cared for both litters as if they were her own. The next day, she brought Melo’s kittens back to their mother. From then on, the two mothers took turns caring for all the kittens—one nursing them while the other played with them or rested 💖
