For everyone confused and asking questions, this is an ijaw traditional marriage ceremony. This is one part where the husband will need to spray her lots of money to make her laugh. The longer she stays without laughing the more money she gets. You can see on the video the husband is spraying her lots of money and she’s doesn’t want to have an eye contact with him so she doesn’t laugh too soon. And all the money goes to the bride!!

For those who don't know, that's the tradition, that's how it's been done I think in Bayelsa and in Kalabari in Rivers State. They keep spraying the bride money or gifting her until she smiles.
