@Mlu__N2 Has nothing to do with HP or whatever, before you buy a laptop you check specs and make sure it'll suit what you'll use it for. She has an entry level processor with probably just 4gb of RAM. I'm using that laptop but with i7 processor, 16gb RAM and SSD hard drive it's fast.

@Mlu__N2 She must CRTL+ R then type ‘msconfig’. Then the task manager tab that’ll show has prompts for you…she must check where she can increase number of processors. Usually from 1-3. Must set on 3. Battery will drain fast though

@Mlu__N2 It’s your device spec, not the brand. Look for a device with an i5 processor, 512GB SSD and 8GB ram, and you shouldn’t experience such problems for day-to-day work and studying

@Mlu__N2 There’s no slow laptop here. These ones don’t update or take car of their laptops. You find 4000 tabs opened in the browser and plenty of documents opened all at once. 😂

@Mlu__N2 She must disable some of useless startup process that start with windows and replace the hdd with ssd , always shut down the laptop don't just close the lid that way it clears all data saved on memory, it is that simple 😂

@Mlu__N2 I have this @HP laptop. I only use it for internet but still it is the slowest laptop in the world. A snail 🐌 is faster than this laptop. I bought a year ago. I habe taken it for repair at @Game_Stores but still with no luck.

@Mlu__N2 I had HP 15s with 24GB ram, Ryzen 7 processor and a 512GB SSD and that thing was lightning fast. Used to go from completely off to fully up and running in less than 30 seconds. So depending on your processor, consider upgrading your RAM and changing the hard drive from HDD to SSD
