I don't like the idea that the Final Days were simply the result of Hermes and Meteion's malice. Like Amon, they were victims who were ultimately crushed by the cruelty and despair of reality.

The meteia made their choice in trying to destroy the universe as a kindness but truly the blame should partly lie to their creator for asking the most flawed question to ask the most empathic and newly made species

Tbh Hermes made a mistake not to teach her to "walk the ground" aka understand the world first before YEET her to the vast universe. Even birds need a place to perch after along flight.
