Couple of things i found really well done by #Emmerdale in todays episode of Charity's SA story. 1. At the beggining I thought Charity would confront Dr. Todd directly, for what she did to her.. But Charity didn't.. She reported the assault immediately to the Police(well a soon as she could), she didn't change, didn't wash, she took all the evidence with her. 2. We saw in Charity's reaction how important it was for the Police to believe her, believe what had happened to her, and explain to her what they were gonna do about it.. Something that was completely different from the first time Charity was assulted, and I think this is a huge thing to tell.. And probably also one of the main reasons as to why this story was written in the first place... The justice system needs to belive in your story to be able to give victims the courage to report a crime, and not be made a mockery of... 3.
