@Opinion8edGay There is nothing about this scene that makes sense. From the lack of actual danger to the half-hearted rainfall or the fake rescue attempt.

These flood waters can be very dangerous and life-threatening, so there's probably some rule that they have to follow where they can't let the woman leave without the rope. That's why she is giggling the entire time.

Why are they throwing a rope for 6" deep water?
