This judge is a liar, hope Judge Ngoepe sees through his nonsense!!!

Bayamdakelwa uMbenenge! Threre is no sexual harassment here! They are just trying to embarrass him hoping he do not climb the judiciary ladder - This man must be cooking them accordingly on the Application of law!

Like we use to say “I’m sure” but meaning “maybe”. “Jesu”🤦🏽♂️🙆🏾♂️🤩🤣🤞🏽 Can mean different things in our language expressing these different emojis!

This was not supposed to be held in public

It’s really different and difficult to explain certain things from our way of saying things as Africa people versus the non-african! The expression or meaning is different. Whites must just accept that we’ve got our way of saying things but not really meaning that!

Most of the arguments are lost in translation in this tribunal: emotive words, exclamations etc can't really be translated from IsiXhosa to English & the connotations are clearly different
