Tbh, I love my Samsung fridge: -selectable flex area (freezer or fridge) -flex drawer (veg, meat) -autofill pitcher, which I have run from a reverse osmosis system -dual type ice maker which uses almost no space -UV disinfectant vents for an always fresh scent It's fantastic.

They should have hired 20-30 of her to do QA… she asked some great questions about the functionality

Not a research issue. Bought Frigidaire Gallery, great ratings. No AI. Been broke more than working since was installed. Had service out many, times. Warranty means nothing and as long as they pretend fixed it, they won't replace it. Our 90's garage fridge never breaks.
