Our bipartisan legislation, the TAKE IT DOWN Act, unanimously passed in the Senate last week. It will ensure that victims of AI deepfakes will have these images removed from the internet and makes it a federal crime to publish non-consensual intimate imagery.

She then ignored lawful orders, escalated the situation, and accelerated her vehicle into an agent. That’s when she was shot. None of this was unavoidable. If she hadn’t been breaking the law and obstructing law enforcement, it wouldn’t have happened. It really is that simple.
